Hi All , I was here at 10:45 Am appointment . There was only one hair stylish and she says she need $15 tip on the top of the $25 hair cut . She need total $50 before having a haircut . She says it’s a mandatory to give tip at this place . No one is coming here again . Very worst service . She was frustrated by herself . lol .

Had an amazing experience today at Supercuts with my stylist Jasmin. She was super easy to talk to and understood what I wanted my hair to look like. And she did a wonderful job handling my weirdly curly hair texture. Would definitely come back! P.S. Thanks for the food recommendations, Jasmin. I’m going to the Cheesecake Factory and getting myself a nice meal, will tell you all about it at my next appointment.

My Stylist (Rayna I believe), was so thoughtful and fast! She has a bright future! I watched her do a person or two before me and she got done with all 3 of us within 1Hr-1 1/2Hr and she was the only one working at the time!! Much respect to her!

Oh my gosh! About 7 weeks ago I made an appt. Just because I needed a lift. And what I found was Jasmine! This amazing stylist looked at me, made a suggestion for my hair and then worked a miracle!! Now 7 weeks later, I went back to Jasmine to get get my bob trimmed up again. It’s perfect! She does such great work!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I had an appointment and checked in ahead of time, but when I arrived, the stylist informed me that I needed to come back in an hour or wait until the weekend—without any prior notice. When I returned after an hour, I was made to wait another 20 minutes, even though the salon wasn't busy. The stylist spent time cleaning mirrors that seemed unnecessary rather than attending to clients. Eventually, I was assigned to a different stylist, even though I had specifically booked with Robin. Overall, this experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. I expected better service.

Jasmine did well with my slick back low skin fade haircut. She took her time and asked several times if I was happy with the cut and graciously made a few adjustments along the way. She's also very kind, courteous and fun to chat with.

walked in today after work and i was greeted by a very nice and informative woman i just didn’t catch her name but she had short blonde hair :) my hair stylist was rayna and i loved her service and i was super relaxed and loved my haircut! will be coming back, thank you ladies <3

Wow! My first ever experience with SuperCuts was great! I've been a GreatClips customer for decades, but I recently moved and no longer have a convenient location nearby. Now that I've been here, I can't believe I ever bothered with the other guys!! For the quality of service I received, I would have thought I was paying 2-3x the price. Jasmine was my stylist and she was wonderful. I'm very much a no-frills, wash-and-go person who doesn't care much about exact cut lengths and styles, and I was shocked by Jasmine's attention to detail and the time she was willing to spend on my hair. I absolutely recommend her & this SuperCuts location for first-class service at a budget price.
