They gave me a fade that I didn't ask for. Had an entire conversation with the guy about how I wanted 1/2" on the sides blended up to three inches on top, parted on the left. He double-checked with me three times to make sure it was 1/2" and not 1 1/2". We then joked about how it is better to cut too little and check than to cut too much. He then proceeded to give me the most uneven fade man has ever seen, with a part, not of the left side of my head, but practically at my ear, and uneven. He was Picasso, my poor scalp his canvas. And as I wear glasses, I could not entirely tell the damage to the end. It all started so well, he took out the #4 comb and proceeded to cut my hair. All seemed normal. But to my horror, I felt what seemed to me to be the bear clippers against my skin. My stomach dropped, as did all my hair, and the damage was done. Picasso had done his work. My part is now practically on my chin, the fade extending unevenly across my head. I will now bear my shame for all to see. Perhaps the universe inflicted this on me to cure me of my vanity. Though who knows, maybe I got a steal. Not many people buy a Picasso for only $26.

I am very happy with this Supercuts, which I just returned to after a long absence. Jackie did a great job on my hair which had been butchered by me. She’s very pleasant and professional.

I got highlights and a cut. Julissa was excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, seemed to care how my hair looked. I am happy with my hair. My issue is that it cost $256!!! With a tip $300!! Number 1- prices should’ve been discussed PRIOR to the services, yes, I should’ve asked however I had no idea it would cost a little less than half my rent to get my hair done at SuperCuts. I would not have gotten my hair done if I had known, I have to borrow money now until I get paid again. If nothing else, if it’s going to cost more than $100 it should be discussed. I was expecting $150. Again, some of the responsibility lies on me, I acknowledge that. Unfortunately, I will be finding a new place to get my hair done. $300 is astronomical.

I registered my son on line. When we got to the store, we were seen immediately. My son is handicapped so I am always nervous to get his hair cut. Not this time. His stylist was great!

Came for a simple haircut. The stylist just cut the length I wanted off with no styling at all. She didn’t even adjust the part. She didn’t even give me a mirror to see if I liked the back. A friend could have cut my hair and it wouldn’t have cost anything. I won’t be going back.

I easily booked online and showed up on time; no wait. Great start! Christina (usually at the Irvington Spectrum store) did my cut, and did an amazing job. She took time to listen to me explain what I wanted, and looked at the photos I showed her. I was lamenting the loss of my blonde highlights since the pandemic hiatus, and she offered to do foils since nobody was waiting, which had fabulous results! A 10-star experience today! Thank you, Christina, and thank you, Super Cuts, for running a safe, clean, professional, and friendly business! I'll DEFINITELY be back! Update: This cut with Christina was months ago, but had another awesome experience at a different location yesterday and a different stylist, Gina. Again, EXCELLENT experience, and Gina listened, looked at my photos, and did exactly what I asked for. 5 STARS AGAIN, Super Cuts!

The first time I went Courtney gave the best hair cut I was surprised and happy the second time I went I told her only take no more than 1 and 1/2 in. Off she cut about 4 and 1/2 in off when I told her I wasn't happy all she said was I appoliage and you can go some place else.

As a trans man that isn't passing yet, I sometimes dread completing even quick transactions with cashiers or drive through workers- I've had quite a few negative experiences because of it. Long interactions like getting a hair cut are typically even more difficult, just having to sit there and see judgement in the mirror. However, I am pleased to say my experiences at this Super Cuts have been professional and courteous, and I've left very happy with my cut both times. This is my regular stop for my haircuts from now on.

I scheduled an appointment over the phone. Was informed would be around 1.45hrs. I arrived 10m early. 30m go by and I was finally acknowledged by staff that I would be next up. There were a couple more people that were seen after that acknowledgement, include people that were walk-ins. The employee who notified me I was next, even took another person ahead of me. I will never, never, ever, go back to this place. Such unprofessional treatment of a customer should never be tolerated. If I could rate them lower than 1 Star, I would give them what they deserve.

I went in for a haircut yesterday and I always get anxiety because I have curly hair but I got a good haircut from here previously so I figured I wouldnt run into any issues the lady was nice and all nothing wrong with her as a person however all I asked for was a trim of no more than half an inch and to trim my layers and this morning after I washed and attempted to style my hair I came to the realization that not only did she cut my hair into a shag which I never asked for but all of my curls are gone. Needless to say I cried all morning and she cut it to where I don’t think it’s fixable. Very upset and will probably never visit a Supercuts again honestly

Great haircut! Jullissa looked at the picture I showed her and did a great job! My hair feels fuller and healthier and I am very happy with my new haircut. Jullissa is a good listener and an excellent stylist. Highly recommend!
