My favorite hairstylists are at this shop. Been growing my hair out for a year now and always get useful tips every time I come in. Never a bad haircut in the almost 5 years I have been coming here.

This was a complete waste of time with terrible customer service. I waited 40 minutes while there was only one person ahead of me in line. After that person was done, there was no communication between me and the two stylists for about five minutes—just sitting there while no one was getting a haircut. Time is money, and I feel like I lost both. This salon should compensate me for the hour I wasted due to the complete lack of respect.

Needs update there service on website check in page for customer who need color there hair who don't know to call store for color and cut. I was not happy with 2 of Need techs answer I've come to irvington and free store for years. Never had issue with getting a cut and color before so I canceled my appointment in store.

I don't ever leave reviews but I'm honestly bothered by this experience. I made an appointment online show up 15 mins early fine no big deal. I made an appointment with Kat. I get told when I walk inside there's a long wait they had a bunch of walk ins I say ok well play it by ear. I decided to wait. 45 mins passed my appointment time Kat finishes her last client then never looked at the schedule just goes "I'm leaving for lunch" just walked out, right passed me. (I've never meet her don't know her) but without a glance or nothing just leaves. Finally ITZEL is finished she calls me over, I explained what I wanted. She walks me over to the sink and wets my hair with COLD WATER and only put shampoo on the ends of my hair this only takes 2 mins. She wraps my hair rushes me back to the seat. She shared small talk with me but the hole time I'm trying to explain to her my hair condition because im feeling judged and embarrassed trying to express im not a gross person im struggling with post partum depression and just having a baby and post clampsia she dismissed me and the rest of my cut just felt like I was being judged. We laugh a couple times but she was dismissive and rushed and just don't feel it was a good experience. I went in expecting the super cut experience friendly happy ect but I got shut off and stand offish. I went to the irvington location because it was closer but I'll stick with 22nd and kolb for now on theyve always been super nice there. I'm really upset I thought I'd get a momma make over/ fresh start but not even close and still charged me for the "wash " with COLD water again she washed the tips of my hair not my whole head!

Mayra is super sweet and knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut. She took her time and cut my hair with care. Even though it was busy she takes her time not to rush through. It’s worth the wait. So glad to have found her!

Wonderful experience! All the staff are awesome & the whole place has a relaxed happy vibe. It took maybe 20 minutes; for a shampoo & cut. (That I am beyond happy with) I cut 8 inches off of my long hair, making it currently bounce on top of my shoulders. & conversation flowed effortlessly the entire time. The lady that helped me, made this the best cut I've ever had.

First time coming in I waited when Rita got done she kept looking at me with a stern face getting sweeping hair going to the bathroom ok np I got up as I was the next in line she totally overlooked me and called the next gentleman another person got me and all she said was I didn't know you were waiting well don't they have it on computer and if called I would of responded when I got in chair the other person tried to make amends for her as she didn't seem to care and went about her business but the excuse was she must of gotten distracted cause we were talking if that's the case then obviously she cannot multi task and will get distracted by anything so guess what cut you will get on the other hand that manager did my grand daughters hair and did a great job I wouldn't return but my baby wants her to do her hair I gave a rating cause of that did bring it up to managers attention just wanted people to know Rita seems to be a male only stylist or maybe she didn't like me for whatever reason I've never met her before but first impressions are a lot just be aware

Went in with expectations of getting a cute curly hair pixie and left crying. ITZEL from the Tucson Irvington location left me with a short almost buzz cut EVEN AFTER showing her photos of my desires. I can't even put my curls behind my ears to stay. I'm embarrassed to be in public and now regret going there.

You know I've been here before and it was great. Checked in online and came in at the correct time... A walk in went before me... idk, maybe I'm wrong... but I thought the whole point of making an appointment online and checking in online means you will be next... Nope a walk in went rite in font of me and one of the girls didn't even check untill after... No more tips for these ladies....
