Love the cut and the attention to detail. Even though I didn't request a blowout, she dried my hair so I wouldn't be going out in the cold with wet hair. I will ask for her again.

Closing shift lady somehow manages to always mess it up even when picture is provided. Not once has she not rushed through the haircut. Physically incapable of cutting men’s hair!

Finally, Great Customer Service! Robin, and her manager Monica, made a simple haircut an awesome experience. They were so into the moment with me for this drastic change. After a horrible experience at the Irvington store (which I walked out of, disgusted by immature representation) Robin and Monica saved my day. Thank you, ladies!

You need to hire more people or have them stay till the shop is closed. Not sure why you guys have 1 person working at 6:00 pm this lady had a line and she was rushing through every haircut. You could tell she was overwhelmed. Had other people waiting and then couldn’t cut no one’s hair at the end. Never coming back.

I come here occasionally when my regular barber is too busy and I really need a haircut....its never good, but its okay...but after today, never again. I walk in and wait with everyone else, but sadly the old bald imbecile who dresses all in black has yet to figure out how to operate the computer, so he takes in walk ins in reverse order...if you like wasting time, this is the place for you. The worst part is you know you're going to get a mediocre haircut...never again.

Both stylists were welcoming and kind. I stopped in on a busy Saturday afternoon and made an appointment to come back at 2:00 pm. I arrived, and the salon was still really busy. I was sat by Carida, we discussed what I wanted, she is an excellent listener as well as calming. My wash & cut is perfect. Thank you, Carida, for wonderful customer service.

Doesn’t seem that they honor appointment times. I waited for them to finish up with the others and then after 2 other people checked in which seemed they had no appointments, they still had me go last. They took their time so I just left.

I been going here for years was very disappointed with the way this one lady cut my hair never seen here there before not sure here name think it’s Rosa but all she did was complain about the customers n if you make a appointment online they don’t honor that they take the next person that comes in not going there if she still working there.

Rosa cut my hair so poorly I have to get it redone. She tugged my hair really hard everytime she brushed it and very obviously didn't care that it hurt. She didn't ask me anything about how short I wanted it, how short the layers, or the bangs should be, she just made random cuts. The curtain bangs were a 2 inch thick cut of hair all the same length, no layering, and the sides didn't even match up, so now I have uneven bangs of just straight chopped hair. The layering is just as atrocious with blunt cuts. At the end, she didn't ask what I thought, she just took off the cape and went to the counter to ring me up. She said about 2 sentences the entire time. Not even sure how she got her cosmetology license, but it was completely unprofessional. Huge waste of time and money.
