My son went to get his hair trimmed and when he came home majority of it was gone! He asked for the back and sides to be cleaned up and to trim the top. The stylist took clippers to his head and shaved the sides and back and then took four inches off the top! Now my son has extremely short hair! This is not what he wanted at all. It is very frustrating that people do not listen to young adults when providing services that they are being paid for. How hard is it to listen to the customer and start on the safe side and have to take more off instead of just taking it all at once?

Wonderful, cheerful service! Jessica knows what I like in a hair cut and is quick to give me what I like! I also got a shampoo before my cut and I left the shop feeling like a new woman!

Don't even bother checking ahead and making a appointment. I made one at 12:30 and didn't get seated untill 1:10. I honestly think they forgot about me

I’ve only seen Jessica N. since I moved to Tucson 2 years ago. She has always given a great haircut as well as being engaging. She remembers our past interactions and makes me feel like a friend as we talk the entire visit. I moved farther away but she’s with the drive!!

STAY AWAY. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND USELESS. I went in for a trim. I told the stylist that I did not want anything cut off the length of my ponytail. I only wanted the ends evened out. (Which is the same thing I have told every stylist for the last 30 years.) She then proceeded to cut 3” off it. This is the first and only stylist I have has in over 30 years that was unable to even out the ends without taking 3 inches off my ponytail. Every other stylist I have has in over 30 years was able to even out the ends with taking off less then ¼” off the length. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND USELESS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEIR MANAGEMENT IS JUST AS UNPROFESSIONAL AND USELESS AS THEIR STYLISTS. On Friday I replied to the owner’s request to talk more about my visit. Shortly after I received an email from Destinee, who claims to be the business manager for Supercuts. She asked for my contact info and said she “would like to talk to you about what happened during your visit if you'd be open to it, because we'd like to make things right.” I supplied her with that info and asked her to call me that afternoon. It is now Tuesday afternoon, and I still have not heard back from Destinee. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEIR MANAGEMENT IS JUST AS UNPROFESSIONAL AND USELESS AS THEIR STYLISTS.

We had reserved a time and checked in online ahead of time. However, after arriving, someone just took us off the list without asking if we were here. So we ended up waiting more than 30 minutes before I had to ask about why others who came in after us were being helped before us. All we got in the end was an apology. It would have been nice to have been given something more than just a verbal apology, especially after what is normally a 15-minute haircut turned into an hour. We will reconsider coming here again with the service we received.

I've been coming here since they opened. Madison is amazing. The shop is clean and is the only place I go. Madison cuts my 2 boys , daughter and my hair. I will not go to anyone else. All the girls in this shop are A+. It makes me feel at home when I visit the shop. Good conversation and laughs.

Do not go here to get a haircut. If they botch your haircut they will not give you a refund. They will make you call some number that goes straight to voice mail. They won't even give you a cash refund. This place is a scam. I'm never going here again.

Very good staff that listens to how you want your hair, and the cuts are always perfect! Also, did an eyebrow waxing. She took the time to do it so it wasn't rushed, and it looked awesome. I highly recommend this Supercuts (off Houghton Rd) to all men and women. I watched the guy cutting boys hair when waiting and was super impressed.
