Always a great haircut and staff are so friendly. Kayla R. is not only a great stylist, but a genuine nice person. I've been going to her for over 2 years (maybe 3) and have been happy with every haircut. I searched for years, with many disappointments, then I found Kayla and she really gets it. Great skills, offers great suggestions, and is simply nice and kind. Thanks Kayla!

Absolutely AMAZING! I entered the building not knowing what I wanted and told the guy to just cut 4 inches off and subtle layers. He made my hair look amazing. He was very kind and treated me like an actual person, not just a customer. I highly recommend here😁

Had cut and color done with Amber. She is Absolutely the best. Took the time to listen what was needed to fix someone else's mess ups. I HIGHLY recommend her, it's the best haircut & color I have ever had. THANKS

Krista at the Pavillions location does an amazing job. I've followed her as she's changed locations, and would continue to follow her if she moved again. She always remembers my preferences, does exactly what I want, and is super friendly.

One side of my bangs is cut more than the other and there is a section that is significantly shorter than the rest of my bangs. Will not go back.

I went for a haircut and got chopped up. I don't even know what she was doing with a razor. It is so bad and I'm so embarrassed. We are leaving for a road trip to see family and i look horrid. My husband is so mad she did that to me. Saturday is my birthday and I have to be seen like this. I'm so upset and wished I never went there.

GUYS, They don’t give you a shave for a beard trimming. They charge$10 and they clipper your beard down to that itchy 6o’clock shadow, that’s it, it’s the biggest let down. Also, no hot towel, lotion, heck; cleaning off all my hair, they didn’t even have neck guards to keep all the hair from going down my shirt. Walked out itching and scratching at my beard and little itchy hairs everywhere, might as well have slapped my face and crushed my leg. And they refused to use scissors after I asked four times to not take off a whole layer using clippers. CLIPPERS ONLY, EVERYTHING, Head to Toe, AGGH

Rude!!!! And she cut like 12 strands off my head and charged me $25 Then rude again to my friend Thumbs down and wish I could get my money back!!! Never AGAIN!!!

UPDATE: Belle is the BOMB! She did a great job. She listened and was very patient. I didn't have an exact idea of what I wanted but she adjusted the cut when needed and we got there. I'm very happy with my haircut. Thank you! ------------- Went in after seeing all the great reviews for THIS location and for Shelby in particular. The online check-in is very convenient and we were greeted right away by a friendly person. Shelby was available and asked all the right questions to understand what he wanted. The haircut was excellent - she got all the details right. OH, and the best part is that we didn't know about the FREE Haircut during the Birthday week and his birthday was yesterday so that was extra cool. Thank you, Shelby!!!

Kayla R. Is the ONLY person that cuts my hair. She cuts it to keep me in Military regs, and can do it without it looking "Military". I'm 44, and she always seems to send me away looking younger. Kayla R. Is very skilled and attentive to detail and can be quick or take her time if you have the time to relax and chat for a cut. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
