I was told it would be about a 15 minute wait. No problem. Then, I noticed people kept going in front of me. After 40 minutes, I asked what is going on. They said people kept scheduling online so they were bumping me. The rate I was going, they were going to have me there an hour and a half before I could even be seen. I understand checking in online is a great thing, but don't keep bumping the person who's standing right there in front of you, or at least be honest with them and don't waste their time.

I went to the South Memorial location and had Laura cut my hair yesterday. As always, she did a great job and took the time to make sure I completely happy. I recommend asking for Laura the next time you go to that location, she won’t disappoint.
