Grew my hair for 9 months to get length of 5-6 inches. Instructed not to cut length. Just wanted a shaped trim. I got a barberstyle cut. Hair is now one inch length. Ears look like a bowl cut. I am extremely upset.

Though somewhat more cost than other nearby salons, I went to this location because I thought a scheduled appointment would be a better use of my time. Though only the second available appointment this morning I still ended up waiting 30 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment because there was only one stylist in the store. The store was reasonably clean, but the age of this location was showing, and the “cash is king” sign at checkout added to the feeling of a money grab. The stylist was just fine, no complaints there, I kind of felt bad for her having to work there. I rarely if ever leave reviews, but because of my overall experience I made an exception this time. Stylist was really nice, but the haircut felt extremely rushed. They were spots where I had patches and the haircut wasn’t even I ended up going down the street to great clips to get it fixed.

I have been going to this Supercuts for 15 years. Even after moving and having other places much closer I drive the distance. She cuts my hair and trims my beard perfect every time.

Inconsiderate. Walked out after waiting 40 minutes. Not even so much as an apology. The place is dirty. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
