Absolutely loved the atmosphere, and am in love with my hair. Anyone who is natural, and has been searching for a good stylist, knows how difficult one is to find. I went in not expecting to be satisfied, and got the best service I've had since starting my natural hair journey. Antoinette took her time, was detailed, pleasant and professional. Having gone to several stylists in Columbia, I can say confidently that Antoinette is one of the best the city has to offer. You won't be disappointed.

Truly truly appreciate Antoinette my stylist. I love sitting in her chair and my hair looks and feels fabulous each visit! I recently moved to South Carolina and was impressed with previous reviews. Antoinette genuinely cares about the health of your hair and works to keep it healthy! Very personable as well as all of the stylists in the salon and a great atmosphere.

This is truly a five-star salon! I’m grateful to God I found a beautician who cares about my hair and how I feel. If you’re looking for a great salon Surreal is the BEST! Professional beauticians, excellent environment, and an amazing experience. Antoinette did my hair and I feel like I went from rags to riches. Wouldn’t recommend!Really thought I found a good salon but I thought wrong.The first time I went my style was perfect.The second time it was awful.I was told glue would be used to cover my edges with a full sew-in instead my hair was left looking like a wig.As a stylist I feel she was really just looking for money and not thinking about her client.At first I blamed myself thinking I wasn’t use to the style.But after really thinking about it I remember clearly going over with her asking if she thought she could cover my damaged hair.Sha was also never on time.I won’t be returning.

My experience was wonderful! I received a Mani and pedi for my birthday and had no wait time! All of the staff members were very nice and especially the owner! The mini massages rejuvenated me for the day. I think I've found my home salon! Wonderful experience and I encourage everyone to stop by just for the ambience of the environment itself and it's location is awesome!

This review is long overdue because I have literally been on and popping since I left Surreal Innovation Salon last week! 😍😍😀😀 The place has a really relaxing vibe and Ms. Antoinette was very welcoming and professional and she is also very confident and skillful at what she does, I've been recommending this place to everyone asking about my blowout!!! 😍

I called after finding this great salon online expecting on a Saturday early morning to not get much of a response.... but to my surprise... not only did I get a response but it was a "pleasant and happy to do business" with me one. My stylist, Antoinette, was thorough and gave me a same day appointment. When I arrived, the shop was spacious and clean and had a great mood. She allows you to go select the cape you will wear for the duration of the servicing. She gives you a concise form to fill out so that she can put you in her system as well as get details as to what you are looking for and as to what your daily regiment is on your hair.(Which I really liked because it lets me know I'm not just another head to her... she is taking the time to know me). I am very particular about service and she knows definitely how to spell Customer Service. She went above and beyond to listen to me and then apply it to the end result. She has a diverse clientele. I have natural hair personally... and she is very well versed in tending to it. Words can't explain how happy I am to have found this gem of a salon and stylist in the Columbia area. I will and have referred her multiple times and would advise any client who cares for the look and health of their hair to patronize her. Thank You Antoinette!!!!

Had a wonderful experience! Antoinette cut my daughters' (ages 9 and 6) hair, and she was so patient and thorough. They loved the styles and were excited to show them off at school.
