I am an African American woman with thick, curly eyebrows that grow downward in a unique pattern, making them difficult to shape. Sarmila, a woman here, took her time to carefully shape my eyebrows, following the natural map of my face. She created the perfect arch—not too high or too low—and preserved the tail of my brows, unlike others who have removed too much in the past. She is truly amazing!

This used to be number one spot to do eyebrows, But I've noticed they pick and choose their customers.It's always an excuse for an appointment Or you must wait and by the time you wait.They give you someone that doesn't really know how to do a good job on eyebrows. The best location is at saint john's They take their time and they do an excellent job Bay meadows is the worst location to go to

I've tried so many local places to get my eyebrows threaded with mediocre experiences between dealing with attitude from the staff and never knowing how my eyebrows would actually turn out. My coworker recommend me to Sushila and my first visit was so pleasant. The staff was kind and they did a thorough job on my eyebrows. These are the best my eyebrows have looked. Thank you guys.

Not going back to this place. No matter how many times you explain that they apply too much pressure with the threading and cut your skin, they say they understand and then proceed to cut your skin while threading. I’ve tried multiple threaders here, same result. That last one did a so called massage after the threading where she pressed my eyelid and bruised me instead of massaging the brow. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they do get the shape right and you can enjoy the brows after your scabs heal :(

While on vacation, I scheduled an eyebrow threading appointment with Shuhila and it was a fantastic experience! Upon coming in, the environment was so calm and the ladies worked with such care and carefulness. While I waited to be called, I saw how all the ladies took their time and checked their work multiple times before saying they finished. I was paying particular attention to Shuhila since my appointment was with her, and I loved to see how she listened to the customer and did some final touches per her request. That gave me the confidence of seating on her chair, knowing I would get the service I wanted. I explained to her that I didn’t want to shape, just clean up and told her what I liked and didn’t like and she followed my directions perfectly. She even gave me some tips and was very nice overall! I’m used to threading ladies being condescending and gossiping in their language (even though it’s obvious), but I didn’t experience this at all here. Everyone was so polite, and Shuhila was the sweetest! This will be my threading salon of choice when visiting Jacksonville! Can’t wait to be back to try a full face threading.

I like Sushila and her work. However, this is the second time where I get delayed for my appointment even though I arrive ten minutes early, while someone who is ten minutes late for her appointment was taken care of first just because her appointment was earlier than me, even though they were late and I was early. I addressed that to sushila and even her assistant confirmed I was first to arrive. Sushila did not listen. I think the person who runs the desk is inefficient and should have said something. Regardless I ended up waiting while the late person was given priority even though they didn’t give Sushila’s appointment that priority. And she messed up my eyebrows this time. Also, when I came in I said hi that person who run the desk was not friendly didn’t say hi back while she was cheering who ever came after me. Poor customer service from her employees especially the one who run the desk.

Sushila is my only go to threading services, I was recommended there by a friend over 7 years ago and I haven’t been anywhere else, even when I don’t go as often I still only go there when I do get my brows and stache taken care of. Deo is my girl!

When I tell you this place gets my eyebrows right EVERY TIME, I mean it. Not just one particular threading specialist either. I have had my eyebrows done by multiple of those talented ladies and I'm never disappointed. Also, it stays busy. That's how you know they're good. Threading doesn't take long though so the waits not bad. I suggest coming in as soon as they open on a Saturday morning. Wishing you all wonderful, fleeky brows!❤️

I recommend this place to everyone. I come here for their threading and waxing purposes. Everyone is thorough. Other than waxing and threading they offer eyebrow tint, facials, hair products & other beauty services. At peak hours you may have to wait however it is worth the wait.

I’ve always been here for 6 years and Deo makes my eyebrows for me is the best! But without a doubt they are all great in this place, today I arrived at the last minute and there were no more employees but sushila did not hesitate to attend to me and she made my eyebrows fabulous! I would recommend this wonderful spa 1000 times 🥰

This place is just what I was looking for. I got my eyebrows threaded, and I was so happy to see that Deo was so thorough and detail oriented to make sure that everything looked great and there was no more hair. Overall very happy with the experience and would recommend and will be coming back.
