My mother asked for a trim they didn’t even section or cut her hair not even wet it they put her hair in a pony tail and chopped her hair off don’t ever go to this place they probably have fake certificates on top of it had a horrible attitude

Came to get my eyebrows done and got a face scar instead. I stopped by Valentines 2024 to get a quick clean up on my brows, the lady's hands smelled like food. Burnt both eyes. I now have a huge scar under my left brow, right before my eyelid. And two smaller burn scars on my right eye. DO NOT let them touch your face with wax. They clearly don't know what they are doing and don't care for your safety.

2 times they did my nails wrong 😑 last Saturday I was really disappoint, they make me cry 😢 and only thing they said was sorry 😣. Don’t go there, it is many other places to go!

Affordable haircut for getting a shape up and having them wash my hair. If you have time also, they do a great pedicure and it's so relaxing.

I gave this place a decent review last year, but now I retract it. Yesterday I asked for a trim, the man who was cutting my hair legit took my hair, asked me if that’s the amount that I was asking to be trimmed. I agreed, well he proceeded to cut away. I can’t tell you how upset I am. It’s the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Uneven and chopped. The most embarrassing cut I’ve ever had. It literally looks like Edward scissor hands cut my hair. I don’t even think the man who cut my hair has any formal training . Avoid this chop shop at all costs.

I went for a SNS with tips and omg what the actual hell !!! It wasn’t worth $5 - I’m on the way to the event and biting them off because of how much or a poor of a job it was done, and they still had the audacity to say it looks good and charge me. Ughhh please don’t go there for nails

It was incredible painful they kept pulling my hair and they would be cutting the air they hardly touched my hair and when I tried getting layers the layers literally matched the length of my hair it was terrible my hair was just trimmed and that’s all it was terrible not coming there again

Susie’s salon is amazing! The staff are all so kind and remember their clientele. I asked for highlights and a haircut and I couldn’t be happier! The hair color was exactly how I wanted it - she recreated the same photo I showed. The haircut was also perfect - I got a trim and I swear it makes my hair look longer! Looking forward to coming back :) thank you!

Even though this establishment is under new management it has not gotten any better. I came in to have my hair blown out Patrick washed it with my shampoo and conditioner like multiple times before this time he was irritated with the deep conditioner I brought with me and only left it on for 30 seconds then when he was brushing my hair instead of doing it nicely, he ripped at it and pulled chunks of hair out of my head and when I said something he yelled at me. Spend the extra $10 and go anywhere else. For the sake of your hair:

The staff is super friendly. Very nice experience from the washing through the dry and blow of my hair. That is why I plan to return and have my hair done here as often as I need to.
