Went to Suzanne because I have thinning hair and wanted someone who understood what I was needing. She was honest with me about what would and wouldn't work. And showed me how to style my hair with minimal effort and products per my preference. She gave me a great cut and style that works really well with my face.

Suzanne is very knowledgeable, talented, and professional! Needed a trim and left feeling like I had brand new, amazing hair! Also didn't take over an hour which I am used to with other stylists I've been to over the years...So nice to have someone who gets right to it and does the service well! Suzanne is hands down the best.i have tried a lot of different stylist and have seriously never liked my cuts or color .Suzanne is by far the best and I will be using her services from now on also, she makes the experience amazing she is super Friendly and talks you through the whole process I cannot say enough good things about her. I also do not want to leave the rest of the staff that work there out every last one of them in there are super friendly and I really appreciate them all if you are looking for a good stylist, I highly recommend booking with her

First time customer & wish I’d had a great experience like her 5 star reviews. My hair feels very nice after Suzanne colored my hair, but that’s as far as my kudos go, unfortunately. I have fairly short hair that had quite a bit of growth and blonde that had faded to a light blonde with my gray showing, so she did a medium blonde with highlights. Feel like the color was a little too dark, plus the highlights could be more distinctive to give me more contrast. I was disappointed in the cut, as the front was very short on one side so I don’t have any real options but one, to style it. After going home & seeing how I could manage my haircut, I contacted Suzanne to let her know about my concerns and if we could just do some more highlights, which I would pay for and to thin my neck area. She said, you told me to do what I thought best, but she would try to thin the neck area. However, she informed me with my issues I had with her color & cut she doesn’t feel that she is the best hair stylist for me. Needless to say, I have never in all my years of going to stylists have this happen to me! Everyone has always tried their best to satisfy the customer. Sometimes in the beginning it may take a little more effort until the stylist & customer both feel they are on the same page. I’ve spent over $200 and will now be searching for someone to help me get the color & cut I should’ve received.

I Absolutely love love love my color and cut that Suzanne gave me!!! I am a retired Hair colorist/ Hairdresser myself and relocated from Florida. I had a horrible first experience at a salon and Suzanne fixed my color to perfection!!! I was so Happy I jumped out of the chair and hugged her!!!
