I had an absolutely amazing experience getting my first set of lash extensions here! From the moment I walked in, the environment was calm and soothing—just like a spa. The staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. My lashes turned out gorgeous—they look so full and natural, exactly what I was hoping for! I couldn’t be happier with the results, and I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality lash extensions in a relaxing atmosphere!

Candice is the best!!! It is always hard to find someone who makes you feel comfortable that can also offer quality work. My lashes are absolutely beautiful! I get compliments all the time. I look forward to my two week appointments. The ambiance in SV Lash & Wax is so elegant. Her complimentary items at the entry make my heart absolutely happy. Her front desk receptionist is the sweetest and explains everything before hand and also follows up to ensure she schedules appointments that best suite your life! I always have a wonderful experience here. The staff is warm, welcoming, and ensures you are super comfy during your lash session. Candice creates beautiful and long lasting lashes which is hard to find. The environment is high-end, and the massaging beds are a cherry on top of a great lash appointment.

I have been getting lash extensions for over 20 years from CA to NJ to FL and now NM. And I am admittingly EXTREMELY picky with the highest standards when it comes to my lashes. Over the years, have had many solid experiences and some devastating ones and I cannot say enough great things about SV Lashes... EVERY service received has been ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!!! I am OBSESSED!!! I relocated to NM earlier this spring and was determined to find a new lash home. It took me a few salons before finding SV lash for the first time and since day one everything has been on point! I cannot say enough great things and I've been going to Candice and SV for over 6 months. Booking appointments via the website is awesome! It is simple, user friendly and available 24/7! Anytime I need to make changes or check for availability, I just log in and voila! Pricing is listed, straightforward and extremely reasonable; they don't have any hidden fees and are very transparent unlike other lash salons in the area. The salon itself is gorgeous! It is super classy, CLEAN, and has a great vibe! The lashes and products they use are all high quality and really speak themselves! I've had retention issues at other salons and that is a thing of the past! While I get a fill every 10-14 days, I have been away and pushed it 3.5 weeks and I still look full! Trust me when I say to give this place a shot... Candice and her team actually care about the work they do and treat every client with total professionalism and care! Try it, just once and I know you'll be HOOKED!

I’ve been going to this shop for years now and every experience I’ve had here has been excellent. I’ve had services done by Mikayla, Alize, & Candice and I’ve been happy with the outcome every single time. They’ve done my lash extensions, lash lifts, eyebrow tints/laminations, waxes, etc. All spectacular. 💗 The receptionist Josiah is also amazing and does a great job at explaining the services and how they work. The girls are always so warm and are genuinely happy to see you when you have an appointment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

SV Lash & Wax is the best lash and wax place! Highly recommend!! The Salon is super clean decorated beautifully! Candice is so amazing at lashes she takes time to learn your eyes to give you the perfect eyelashes!!! Alize threads my brows so beautiful and Mikayla is amazing at waxing!! The vibes are so welcoming everyone is just the best! I love going to my appointments every two weeks because these ladies are so amazing it’s more than getting service done, it’s so therapeutic and relaxing!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Candice was amazing. She fulfilled my expectations and did my lashes so beautiful. The atmosphere was uplifting and I loved the energy in there. I loved the music she played and overall left so happy with my experience. On the way out they have beautiful take home gifts, spreading love 🙏🏼💙

I got my first ever set of lashes from SV Lash & Wax. Before the service, we discussed my desired length and I made it clear that I didn't want to go too long for fear of my glasses. The service was fine, but the tech made my lashes as long as she could, and they brushed against my glasses. When I expressed displeasure with the service, she proceeded to trim them with scissors and then sent me on my way without saying anything. No goodbye, no reassurances, nothing. My eyes ended up irritated and my lashes beyond crooked and uneven. Not to mention I had a bunch of lash trimmings around my eyes and in my new eye lashes. In trying to get the trimmings out, the lashes started coming out in clumps. I had them removed the next day by another salon. It took my eyes and lids about a week to recover. TL;DR: customer experience is lacking.

I just moved to NM and needed to find a new place to get my eyebrows threaded. I had loved the one that I had been going to so I knew it was going to be hard to find one that lived up to my expectations. This place was the closest one to my house so I figured I'd take a gamble. Honestly it exceeded my expectations. It was actually better than the one I had been going to before I moved. Brows can make or break your self esteem sometimes, so this was a huge blessing. I will be coming back 🙌.

The products Jade uses are super gentle. My skin feels softer than it has in years! Plus Jade put me instantly at ease. I walked in stressed and walked out completely relaxed. I've been going to SV Lash & Wax for other services for over a year and keep going back because the entire business has a tremendous focus on customer service and satisfaction plus everyone is SO nice and SO professional. I'm thrilled they added Jade and her AMAZING facials to the options. My next facial is already scheduled. When word gets out about this, I'm sure her appointments will fill up quick!

The service provided here is exceptional! The atmosphere SV Lash & Wax provides is one that brings relaxation and peace as you soak in the presence of worship music well your eyelashes are being done. Eveyone is so welcoming! The place is absolutely beautiful from every detail of the interior design. The best part is you feel a sense of joy once your eyelashes are compeleted because you look absolutely stunning!!! The quality of the eyelash extensions is phenomenal. My lashes last 3-4 weeks after a fill. They do not bother whatever so ever you do not even feel them on your real eyelashes. My lash technician is Candace Lopez, the owner. I highly recommend her.

S&v lash and wax has an amazing team. Everyone there is very friendly, professional and clean. I know some people might get nervous about laying down for x amount of time but the conversation and music help you ease the tension. Definitely recommend 10/10!

I was a regular customer and have never been late before. I have waited patiently before when another customer was running late or Mikayla was behind schedule. Unfortunately, I was 10 minutes late and she refused to see me. I lost my $25 deposit and when I explained I was disappointed, she rolled her eyes. The lack of kindness and accommodation from Mikayla was shocking and disappointing, especially considering I've been such a good customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere 😕.

LOVE LOVE!! Mikalya is AMAZING and I adore her!! From day one for my first Brazilian wax ever she did everything to make me as comfortable as I could be and took her time explaining every step and went into depth about what to expect. Definitely recommend her!
