I would highly recommend NOT using Bridgett unless you want to feel like you're in the most toxic relationship you've ever been in. I've used her ~5 times and its been an issue every time. She is anywhere from 10-35 min late starting my hair every time but the one time i was a few minutes late from work I was text shamed. I had my 40th bday trip booked and a hair appt scheduled 10 weeks in advance and she text me asking to cancel and move it. I was of course a little disappointed as that gave me next to no time to pivot and her response was not one of being sorry for the inconvenience to ME. It was "I was hoping to see my sister for the first time since Covid, sorry thats an inconvenience to you". Like, wow. Really crushing the running a business and putting your clients first thing. One time my highlights we so bad I had to come in and get them fixed. She handles multiple clients at once so be prepared for a 3 hour experience and mistakes to happen. And my initial appt was a partial highlight and cut... a few appts in my price went up dramatically and i never said anything and i just walked out like "did I just get scammed?" Then went back to the regular cost then went up again! When i asked her about it she says she did a full highlight on me. She says she makes the judgement call of what i need and just does it. yeah ok... because thats how this should work...wouldn't you confirm with your client before doing something they didn't book? The icing on the cake for me was when i was getting engaged and texted her 4 weeks ago if she could get me in early and I never heard a peep back. Today she messaged me asking if i was on my way for my appt, which admittedly was my fault as i didn't put it in my calendar but i was trying to confirm with her when it was and to get in early. Again, my fault - mistakes happen as she should be WELL aware of since most of them come from her side. When I said it looks like we both missed texts from each other her response was " i guess you should find someone else to do you hair". Lady don't tempt me with a good time - again, you have been the most toxic relationship I've ever been in. BUH BYE

Sway has really changed with the relocation. There’s no longer a receptionist to schedule appointments. There’s no online booking system, so you’re left to exchange a series of texts with your stylist in an attempt to divine their schedule. There’s no comfortable waiting area. And since the stylists hang out in a back room with no view of the front of the salon, you’re likely to walk in and wait with no acknowledgment of your arrival. While I’ve always liked the quality of the haircuts I’ve gotten, I think it’s time to move on to somewhere with actual management that’s dedicated to providing a better customer experience.

Daniel is the worst. Over charges and complains when you get a clean up. That other clients of his don't tip him. Just a mean selfish man.

If you want to go to a salon with a stylist who is an absolute wizard with designing amazing hairstyles then you need to go see Bridgettte M. at Sway Salon. I have known her for 19 years, I went to her begging for help from a horrible haircut that had grown out for about 6 months and she took this disaster of a haircut and made me look like I should be on the runway...she is amazing!! If you are looking for a new stylist at a very cute salon with an awesome woman and talented as can be with hair then you should call Sway and ask for Bridgette!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Jessica Blair is amazing. She was realistic about my goals and extremely attentive. I’m usually someone who talks minimally during appointments but she is so friendly we just clicked and talk the whole appointment!! I LOVE my hair-could not be more happy. And she always goes above and beyond without over charging. Great at suggesting products with NO pressure to buy. She is AMAZING!! Book TODAY!!

Efficient set up. Parking available. I followed Bettina Fleigher there. She's been cutting my hair ever since she was at 3 Cutters, so I've been a client of hers for about 13 years. I love the way she cuts, my hair stays neat and manageable long after I've passed the point at which I should have returned to her for a trim.

My experience at Sway is always excellent. The receptionist greets me right away and is very helpful. On one occasion, she even went out to close my car door when someone alerted her that it was open. Now that's service!! Todd has been cutting my hair for years and I never have looked better. He is the best at what he does. I get so many compliments and it is all due to him. I give this salon a top rating!

My stylist is Bridgette and she is amazing!! I drive from Vail every 4 to 5 weeks to see her and have for 10 years. I am not a natural blonde but she gets it perfect every time. She has a great eye for color and style in general. She has been at two other salons but Sway is my favorite. It's easy to get to and there's no problem parking. Everyone that works there is so friendly. Vee, who does all of the scheduling is a sweetheart. I cannot recommend Bridgette or the salon enough.

Tried making an appointment on a Saturday. I know those are busy days but it’s not an absurd question to at least ask. I got straight up laughed at and talked down to about even asking. If that’s the kind of customer service on the phone, why would I want to come there for a haircut?

Fabulous, beautiful salon. Sway salon was doing a donate an extra purse along with toiletries to help women in need and I was there to drop off that. Havinh been inside of the salon now and seeing the work in the customer service, I cannot wait till I can get in for an appointment. The manager at front was very helpful

Found a new stylist with hours that work with my schedule. Parking is easy, the salon is fun and open and I oddly really like the character and cleanliness of the bathroom. Oh...you can have a glass of wine too! Love me some Sonya who can manage my thick, curly hair!
