Jessica is the best!!!! There was so much communication before, during, and after treatments. Normally I get nervous about any procedure but it was so simple and pain free. She is very knowledgeable about all things skin & laser too (so that calmed me even more!). She providdd a detailed list of do's and don'ts products to use to make sure my skin care goals were met! She’s the best - I will keep going back! Scheduled for my 2nd BBL. Loving my results!

Jessica is AMAZING! She does a great job explaining the whole laser hair removal process so you know what to expect (money, time, experience wise) before getting started. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jessica! She is so friendly, caring and professional. I, originally was terified to go through the laser hair removal process however; she made the entire process from start to end, literally a great experience. I made the mistake of studying laser hair removal, people complained about the pain; there is absolutley no pain when Jessica works her magic. If you need any beauty procedures done, do not waste your time, book with Jessica!

Jessica at SouthSide Medical is wonderful, I was skeptical that the BBL would make a difference and a little scared of possible pain and discomfort. Jessica is the best aesthetician ever! She completely transformed my face in one semester with the obagi cleansaderm system. I did not even have to go on accutane at all. The Laser center has all of these products on hand so you can buy them right after you get your extraction and the extractions are definitely needed because your face looks a million times better after it. She has different types of masks and serums (especially the pro heal serum) that help balance out acidity and oils which really helped me. Make sure you have a lot of moisturizer on hand because her stuff dries you out.
