After speaking with Heather via FB and over the phone, I knew I found the place to try out Contrast Therapy. My wife and I went for the first time on a Saturday morning at 9:30am - we were warmly and energetically greeted by Sean at the front desk. The spa has an inviting charm to it! As it was our first time there, Sean walked us through the process, gave us a tour of the Contrast Therapy room and said when we were ready to go from sauna to cold plunge, he would guided us through the breath work to get us in the proper state of mind to plunge. I have been doing cold plunge home as I have a home made system. My wife has never plunged but was a champ to give it a try at Sweat Equity, admitting ahead she most likely would hold out for the full 2 minutes at 40 degrees. I don't blame her! However, with Sean's guidance, she stayed in the plunge for about 3+ mins!!!! I was in tears at her perseverance! Thanks Sean and Heather for a quality place and staff!! Two Contrast Therapy sessions down now and looking forward to many more!

I'm a ckd patient, and my hemoglobin levels increased from 10 to 13.2 with ozone therapy, which helps to keep the kidney function I do have. Ozone therapy also helps my energy levels and mood, as well as alleviation from chronic pain! The benefits I have experienced from maintenance treatments are really life changing and I am so thankful!!! Forever!!! Highly recommend to all those who are already well or seeking wellness!!!

I loved the ozone treatment, I coupled it with high dose vitamin c and glutathione...it helped heal and protect my healthy cells and stay positive while dealing with cancer. Which was stage 4 colon cancer...IF you are ready to think outside of the box do your wellness tour at sweat equity! No matter what is troubling you the nurses and team are phenomenal. Heather the owner is a life changer and a wealth of knowledge!!!!

Everything about this place is amazing. The staff the equipment and the feeling you have after utilizing anything this place has to offer. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. I will be returning to try everything they can offer.

What a beautiful space! Adrianna is so friendly and knowledgable. She made me feel very comfortable and was very patient as I went through the vast library of workouts available for the infrared yoga room and in getting me set up for contrast therapy. Highly recommend this business!

I was in town for business and decided that I would try out Sweat Equity for an IV. It was later in the day and I called and they were so very nice and worked me in…. Angela was so sweet and was very gentle and caring…. I was there for about an hour and I really enjoyed getting to know Angela…. I highly recommend Sweat Equity and Angela!!! I will definitely come back when I am in town. So nice to see a business treat a customer so well!

If you’re looking for a great place to just woosah, Swear equity is your one stop shop for all of your needs such as infrared sauna’s, cold plunge, compression therapy and cryo. If you’re feeling low on energy, feel like boosting your immune system, or just dehydrated they also have a nurse on staff for that as well. This place is amazing!!

Sweat Equity is my absolute favorite place to go for all things recovery both in terms of physical and mental health. I love physical exercise and this place has all of the facilities needed to keep my body working at its optimal performance. I have noticed a significant decrease in the recovery time that my body needs in between workouts since coming here. The staff has become like family to me. Always so kind and welcoming. You will also find the owners, Heather and Sean, working there on any given day ready with open arms to answer whatever questions you may have. Their passion of health, wellness and community is so inspiring and up-lifting. My visits to Sweat Equity have easily become one of my favorite events to look forward to throughout each day. I highly recommended this business to anyone looking to improve both their physical and mental well-being!

Working with Karina at Sweat Equity has been a great experience. She expertly explained the benefits of all the different services and even gave us a few tips on combining services like the “squeeze and freeze” (compression and cryo). We have seen the physical benefits of our Sweat Equity membership in just a short time and highly recommend Swear Equity to everyone.
