I love this place! No TVs and just very relaxing. They take their time and the pedicure chairs totally recline to beds!

10/10! I got a pedicure with a shoulder & scalp massage and the whole experience was amazing. The environment is very serene with spa music playing in the background. The staff team speaks softly which helps to keep things feeling peaceful. The pace feels unhurried which allows you to stay relaxed. The chairs recline flat for massages which was unexpected but wonderful. This is absolutely my new go to spot for pedicures! Note: If you’re getting a head & scalp massage don’t wear makeup to your appointment as they massage your forehead & temples. The massage oil permanently stained my cream colored sweatshirt so don’t wear a favorite shirt as it may get stained.

Great salon. Very cute and aesthetic. Me and my sisters went in for pedicures. It is a little more pricey but worth it because they really take care of your feet and you even get a head and shoulder massage with it. The girls were a little rough with our hair…. As we all left with some tangles 😣 and also my girl was wearing a ring during my massage and it was hurting me the whole time. But other than that it was great!

I had the new gel-x nails done… it burned.. 2 nails fell off in 4 days… got them fixed.. but the other 8 are awful.. I might add when I got the 2 fixed experience was totally different.. so in my mind.. they should all be fixed.. I can’t run my hand through my hair without it catching my hair and pulling out. I price was crazy expensive.. I will not do the gel again…this salon does not offer dip which I think is much better.. so do I go take them Off … lot of money for not lasting 2weeks… very upset…

I went to sweet mia yesterday and had my nails done by Emma. I did the gel X nails. They definitely need to advertise what sizes they have online when booking a service. this isn’t the typical nail salon that I usually go to, but my lady was out of town. I usually get the Long gel x nails. Their options were extra short, short, and medium. Emma was super sweet and did a good job, but to try and get my nails longer, she put two medium gel x nails together and I asked her if she thought they might not hold as well since it’s not one nail… they bonded together okay, but it’s not even 24 hours later and one of my nails has already broken where did you separate nails were bonded together.

My wife and her stepmom went today. They received wonderful service. Both of the ladies were very sweet and gave wonderful massages. Nails turned out really cute as well. Will absolutely be back soon..

Edit: Original 2 star but my daughter had a blast and her nails turned out really nice. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t get to have the same experience. The manager reached out and made it right. I didn’t ask for a refund because I wasn’t trying to get anything for free. There was a mix up with new staff and some things were overlooked. I may try again in the future. Thank you for making it right. My daughter and I had an appointment scheduled for mani’s and pedi’s to get ready for vacation. My wife set it up because I don’t like to even go into these places. As a guy it always feels a little awkward. We walked in and were helped immediately. I was the ONLY guy in the building. She kindly takes my daughter to pick out her colors and leaves me up front. I was left awkwardly standing there. She tells me I can have a seat next to my daughter after seeing me standing there. With not 1 open chair for my scheduled pedi, I let her know that I also had an appointment. They had to get up and check. My wife had called about 45 minutes prior to me coming up to make sure everything was set. “Everything is in the notes.” Obviously not. I ended up just letting my daughter get her stuff done. Not gonna let a place have my hard earned money that can’t even keep a simple appointment. Come on, I just wanted to have a nice daddy daughter day…. They apologized but watching my kid get her toes done while I was supposed to be getting mine done beside her was very disappointing. This was supposed to be the “place to go”. More like the place to “no!”

$70 for 40 min pedicure. Should have been 80 mins. Unclean, unkept and unfriendly service. Truly pathetic from my other experiences I have had here in the past. This place is on the decline. Would NOT recommend.

Absolute AWFUL experience! I have been trying to get ahold of the owner bc the manager won’t speak to me about it, for 6 days and the owner will not contact me! I’ve emailed, called and messaged through social. We walked in and were rushed and treated rude from the get go. I told them (not the receptionist) that it was my daughter’s 3rd birthday and her first pedicure/manicure ever and NO one acknowledged her or said HBD. Her entire service felt rushed. I told them she wanted gel but they recommend not then I said she wanted a manicure and the lady looked at me and said she doesn't need one. And chuckled. So she painted them. I asked if she could have a design which comes with the service and said she wanted a heart, she looked at me but ignored me and did a 'flower' — how is this a flower? It's 3 dots. She didn't ask my daughter what color or anything. Just picked up my color next to her, red and did it. The very next day, 3 of her nails had zero polish on them and we paid for extra for the polish they said will last long! Just ridiculous. I have imagined bringing my daughter there for years and will not be back.

I had an amazing pedicure from Halle. She was so sweet and did a great job. The reason I am leaving three stars is because of the rude lady who did my sister in laws pedicure. Sarah maybe? I think that was her name, she had blue hair. Anyways.. I explained to Halle that I’m 6 months pregnant with a condition called hyperemesis so it makes keeping a mask on the whole time very difficult. She was very kind and said she understood. Sarah decided it was her job to tell me that she didn’t care about my condition that I had to put my mask on unless I had a doctors note. A DOCTORS NOTE? I told her it was clearly stated on the CDCs website that pregnant women are exempt from wearing a mask but she was still very rude and told me to put it on unless I had a dr. Note. Throughout the pedicure I had to pull my mask down a few times to take some deep breaths and she kept giving me the meanest looks. I get that the masks are to protect people but there are exceptions to every rule. Not only am I pregnant but I also have a medical condition caused by pregnancy. I’ve worked in customer service for years and her treatment was so unkind. I’ve had some bad experiences at different business throughout my life but I’ve never left a negative review anywhere. She made me feel terrible and ruined the overall experience for me. How you treat people matters. How you speak to people matters. Compassion and kindness go along way..

Sweet Mia is always wonderful. A good selection of polishes and services. The fact that they don't use harsh, smelly chemicals is the reason why I've ditched other places for these locations.

I have been here several times and loved it. The regular polish lasts a good 3 weeks for me and I love that it’s non toxic! The scalp and shoulder massage is amazing! I am giving 4 stars because last time I went in I paid extra for gel and my nails started falling off less than a week after I got them. Super disappointing and I couldn’t go get them fixed as I was leaving for vacation. It’s been 2 weeks now and almost all of the nails have fallen off.

ZERO STARS....had an appointment on November 5, called twice November 1 and 2 and left a voicemail to cancel the appointment. They charged my credit card $133 and said I was a no show.

Friendly and helpful staff, open and clean environment, great service. Walked in for pedicures and nails done for myself and husband, and everyone made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Great job

I’ve come here a few times and loved it each time! I barely ever get my nails done and the past 2 times it hasn’t been the best experience, but I came here and it has been great every time.
