I booked a pedicure for my mom and I celebrating our birthdays! The staff were fantastic! Both of the ladies we had were wonderful. The neck and shoulder massage? Perfection! This is a definite stop for any trips to Tulsa (from OKC).

I always come to this salon when I am in town. I love the quality of service and products. Place is nice and clean. I felt ripped of on my latest visit on Dec 27. I had a winter spa for feet which costed $79. The specialist spent less than a min to scrub my feet and removed the dead skin. Yes my feet did not need a lot of work but the whole point of getting the spa instead of a pedicure is to get a quality time spent in this service to feel pampered. The rest were nice but not worth $11 ish in total after tax and tip.

One of my favorite nail salons in Tulsa. Clean, calming atmosphere and the best nail technicians. Taiasia is a perfectionist and it shows in her work! Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best nail salon. The salon is very relaxing and clean. The nail techs are the best. I have a disability and they take care of me They have chairs that recline so you are not having to hold your feet up.

First time there and I’ll return! I called and learned they just take appointments, but were able to get me in about 2 hours later. Cute and very peaceful place! My nail tech was Eberle and she was a delight, as well as a bit perfectionist in getting my nails and toes just right!

Hands down the worst. What was supposed to be a relaxing pedicure ended up with a mauling. The tech crammed both her arms down my sweater for the “massage” and ripped a hole in my cashmere sweater and also bruising me. When I called shortly after I left, I was offered 20% off my next visit. Why would I go back? I was bruised and a new cashmere sweater was damaged. That was on top of being ignored for 15 minutes upon arrival. Horrible experience and horrible management.

My nail tech was nice. I paid for the most expensive nails and they only lasted a week and half when polish started coming off. I was told they’d last 3+ weeks. I’m not rough with my hands as I’m currently a stay at home mom. I reached out to them for a fix a couple of times and I didn’t receive a response.

Booked Summer pedicure together with a friend and we had the chairs next to each other. I clearly didn’t get the same experience as her. My girl had to get stuff in the back several times. The initial treatment of my feet was short and a bit inattentive. The scalp massage was just rubbing my hair with her palms. Neck massage was good though! When applying the mask, my feet were still wet so it was dripping all over. My friend got her mask all up her shins AND an extra touch of cucumber slices from the soak. She then disappeared in the back for a long time. My girl forgot the hot stones and had to go get them. The applying of nail polish took a very long time and had to be redone. I understand if she was new, but the price was not adjusted… Super nice salon with a calm and relaxing environment. Free WiFi and water/tea provided.

Nice, clean interior and friendly staff, but poor execution (especially for the price). I made a reservation for mani/pedi for myself & my sister for her wedding, which were set for 12:15 and 1:15 PM each. After our pedis, we had to wait ~20-30 minutes for the manicures, and by the time they had tables open they said they did not have time to do my sister's french tip manicure before the next appointment at 2:15.... and my manicure was cute, but rushed (remaining cuticle irregularities, etc.). So what was the point of making the reservations in the first place?

Love Sweet Mia because they don't use harsh-smelling chemicals with their cleaning or their polishes. Everything is gentle and for me, their polish stays on my toes for months!

After going to Sweet Mia for close to two years, today was the experience that ensures I'll never be returning. Not only was my daughter disrespected by someone at SM changing her technician without her approval, the tech she was given was not qualified--especially at those prices. I've written other letters to the owner speaking of issues with the salon not being managed well and have gotten polite but disinterested responses. The idea of Sweet Mia's is a good one, but until the services and management provided match the promises and the prices, it's just an idea unrealized.

10 out of 10 experience. My daughter and I did the basic mani with dazzle polish and the basic pedi. We had Kate and Krista, both were excellent.

Amazing experience! My daughter and I booked pedicures with Dim and Mina and there both were wonderful. We both got the citrus pedicures and they were great. Loved the hot stones and the shoulder massages.

Excellent service and a very enjoyable experience- received a pedicure with my three sisters. We made an appointment and received pedicures at the same time. The atmosphere was so relaxing. Sweet Pea polish is very durable. The customer service is friendly and professional.

I made an appointment for 10AM and the employee making the appointment kept apologizing because it was taking so long. I assured her it wasn’t an issue, however it did not appear she knew what she was doing. I come back the next day for my appointment and I already had my feet in the water for my pedicure and they tell me my appointment isn’t until 11 AM. Just at that moment another woman walked in whose name was also Becky. She was upset because they weren’t seating her for the appointment and she snapped at them asking “ is there a problem?!” I tried to tell them my appointment was for 10 and they said no it was 11. My friend who was there the day before with me also assured me they told me 10 AM. Long story short they said I could wait in the chair for an hour and 15 mins because my appt wasn’t until 11 they said. I tried to explain I had somewhere to be and they refused to honor my 10 AM appt. They refused to own up to the fact that THEY made a mistake and made it look like I showed up at the wrong time. Horrible customer service and employees not knowing how to use their own scheduling system. I will not be returning and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Just because I wasn’t throwing a fit like the other ‘Becky’ in the salon doesn’t mean they should serve her and bump me off my appointment. Seriously disappointed in this business as my friend had talked them up. Cater to the clients who are rude and demanding. Great business model.

Love the philosophy behind this salon — non toxic, etc. but yet they use the curing lights etc. Very relaxing and caters to a high-end clientele (one of whom was a couple of chairs over from me and wouldn’t stop talking loudly about her vacations to Europe and the restaurants she owns). Very thorough, gentle and caring — would have put 5 stars but they couldn’t do extensions or dips (only gel or shellac). Mani = 4 stars, pedi = 5 stars. And I will be buying one of the zero gravity chairs they use which are fantastic! Very helpful and friendly staff.

Wonderful facility, so peaceful and serene. The techs are great! The massage that they give you(for your head and neck) when you buy one of their packages is amazing. To they point I decided they are are my new best friend. The polish that they use lasts SO long! Goodbye to the days of Shellac!
