My service was ok. I booked for both my 5 and 6 year old to get makeovers together and get started at the same time. That wasn’t the case in the beginning as only one person was working on both of them and taking turns while the other watched the other get glam up. It rubbed me the wrong way because that’s just not what I paid for but was told “because we’re short staffed, someone called out” shortly after, someone else came and helped. My daughters chose the Cinderella hairstyles but I could see the employees struggling to do the updo since they had so much hair, I made a comment that if that hairstyle didn’t work, we can choose another one. They said it work work and it did for the first 30 minutes after we left and then it all fell out. Was it worth the money? Not sure. A little disappointed.

We were so happy to see that they have a Sweet and Sassy in Arizona!! We had such a great experience and our stylist, Raquel was amazing! So great with kids, friendly, professional and gave my girl the cutest haircut and up do!!!! We will absolutely be back.

Everyone there is very friendly. My daughter’s stylist Chelsea was amazing!! She was so nice and friendly. She made my daughter feel like a princess and was very engaging. She got a shampoo, haircut and style. We will definitely be back to see Chelsea.

I had a combined spa birthday party for my girls who turned 10 and 7. The kids got their nails, hair and makeup done a complete spa makeover. It was the best party I could have ever had for my kids. I would highly recommend this place the employees were amazingly helpful and had such great personalities. I will be back again for another party.

I took my 2 year old for our girls day and did the express package as her attention span is so short and she loved every minute! This place was absolutely adorable and every girly girls dream! The owner made it so fun and was so patient with my daughter giving her options and making jokes along the way! We will definitely be back and once she starts school and has friends, a birthday party is a must!

This was the best experience my Granddaughter has had. She defiantly felt like a princess the whole time she was there. They have so many different options. It is truly a fun place to go. You can even have a birthday party! Nothing cuter than little princesses going down the runway.

Absolutely wonderful service! They made both of my girls feel so special and look just as fabulous as they felt! They were so sweet with the girls finding out what each girls' personal style & preferences were. My 6 & 7 year walked out beaming from the inside out! I cannot recommend the salon enough! Just had the Princess Party there for my daughter’s 5th birthday. It was absolutely fabulous! The staff was very energetic, prepared and organized. They are experts at catering to little girls and know how make kids have a blast! They did costumes, princess buns, age appropriate makeup, and nail polish for 8 girls in record time, then hosted a dance party with games and cake time at the end. Princess Tiana made a celebrity appearance. My daughter and most guests have textured hair and they were able to style it with ease. The guests were so happy, many girls wanted to come back or have their parties there. Most importantly, they were accommodating to parent’s wishes & customize based on requests. I highly recommend Sweet & Sassy as a fan favorite, while taking the load off of having to plan/host a birthday party.

My 8-year-old attended a party here, and it was so cute! All of the ladies were so energetic and great with the kids. Each girl got individual attention with make up, nails, hair. They were attentive to things some girls wanted and others didn’t want. Highly recommend for a kids party, special outing, etc.!

Sweet & Sassy is such a cute place! My daughter loved getting her hair and nails done here. Raquel made such a cute bow in my daughter’s hair and added lots of glitter. I was very impressed with Raquel’s customer service. Raquel made today a wonderful experience for my little girl. Highly recommended!

Thank you , Chelsea for a fabulous experience. My daughter can’t stop smiling how happy she was getting her first haircut. I highly recommend sweet & sassy. The staff are so friendly, kind, and welcoming. They also carry beautiful girly boutique items and make your own lip balm,bath bombs and so much more. Your little girls or bigger teenage girls would really enjoy this place. It’s a girly girls dream. Thank you, ladies.

The kids loved it! It went exactly as they had explained it. Staff was very attentive and fun. It would be perfect if they added 30 minutes to the party and had a space for cake/ pizza. We would do this again.

The service for my niece was cute, but a bit over priced for what you received. Also, they like to upsell on items so that was uncomfortable. Maybe just provide a list of upsell items instead of offering them in front of the child.

Took my daughter for her birthday treat here. She loved it so much. She loves her glittery shiny nails and glittery hair done by Marina. Book with Marina when you take your babies there. She was right, my daughter will leave sweet & sassy with glitters all over hehehe

We really enjoyed our experience at the salon and will be back! When I searched it did make it sound like both moms and kids could get services together, but the amazing team allowed me to get a manicure at the same time because of the confusion and it was a great experience. My child is still talking about her spa day!

What a cute salon!! The salon is every little girls dream! Amazing decor, fun gift area, and lots of cute spaces! Our daughter had a hair cut by Raquel and she was nothing short of amazing! She did a real big girl cut with layers and texturizing; even I’d love my hair done by her! She worked so well with my wiggly 5 year old and made her super long lifeless hair come to life with style! Raquel was super thoughtful and careful to take enough off to give her a nice style but not too much to make it too dramatic of a change. Thank you Raquel! You are a true artist and so wonderful with kids and parents alike! We will definitely be back to try other services!
