I love this salon for little girls it truly is an experience, my daughters felt beautiful inside and out, the stylists were so friendly and focused on making them happy it made me feel happy to see that effort put into them instead of the stylists just talking to the parents, I also loved that the stylist asked me for permission for certain things first which is always a parent plus!

We had a reservation at 10AM an Ultimate Spa and 2 ears piercings for Birthday girl and Baby Cousin. We also bought several items from the shop itself. A Bell Costume with Accessories, 4 sets of earrings, a sparkling cup for Birthday Girl. Rosa was amazing and gentle with our daughter on her special day. She was very professional and did everything we requested for our Birthday Girl. The main Cashier that initially helped us was also very sweet however she told us she had to leave for the day. She did inform us that any one in the building was capable of finishing and piecing Birthday Girls ears because they are all licensed and train. Baby cousin had hers done already and all that was left was Birthday Girl after her Ultimate Spa was complete. At the very end they left a bad taste in my mouth because nobody couldn’t pierce her ears and they wanted us to come back 2 hours later to complete the service after everything was paid for from the moment we walked in the building. I was in so much disbelief because I had to put up a huge argument to get the services finished only because we live 20min from the location. After arguing, they got 2 lady’s together to complete the service. I wanted Birthday Girl to put on the Bell Costume we paid for from the SHOP ITSELF and to do a runway walk for us and for us watch her and was told “No we couldn’t because they currently have a party.” and I completely understood HOWEVER the “PARTY” was still getting there hair and makeup done. And I’m not mad at the party. I just wanted my daughter to get full Ultimate Experience we paid for on that day. What happen was, they became so overwhelmed from another Birthday Booking and wanted to not complete our service we paid for from the very start.

We have been here twice with both of my girls and they do an amazing job. They are sweet and always with a great attitude. My daughters were made feel comfortable and confident. They truly know how to make a kids haircut experience simply amazing! We are not going anywhere else.

I booked a Head To Toes Princess package ( I believe that's what's it called) for my daughters friend as a gift so she and my daughter can have a girls day. The birthday girl had an older lady and my daughter had a redhead with a special eye (I can't remember her name but her features) the complaint is with the older lady who was with the birthday girl. She showed no interest in wanting to preform like the redhead did. She didn't converse with kiddo much and at times her mom and I saw the birthday girl was awkward and uncomfortable. At one point after the birthday girls hair was done she hung out with my kiddo and the red head who tended/entertained both before they moved to nails. The experience was nice and the kiddos had a good time. The rest of the staff was kind and helpful. The older lady was well mannered and kind but just didn't have the experience that Sweet & Sassy is selling. Which is the experience of being bubbly, excited and cool with kids. I get it she's older and working but maybe put her as a cashier or something else. I felt bad for the birthday girl as the experience was the gift. Either or I do recommend the place, the staff and I will return but will make sure further visits are not with the older lady. Mrs. Redhead you did a lovely job on all areas of mani's, pedi's, hair and entertaining!

Rosa is our stylist, she is great and always does a great job with my son. It took me a long time to find the right person that can give my son a good hair cut and she does it. The staff is always nice and professional.

We usually go with Elaina but she didn’t have appointments available when we wanted an appointment so we scheduled with Tera. My daughter said it was kind of awkward because she so quiet. Maybe it was because it was later in the day? My daughter just got a tiny trim, bangs, and tinsel and said she liked it. I would just recommend maybe being a bit more personable with the kiddos and finding a more comfortable way to wash their hair because it looked really uncomfortable. Tera seemed sweet though. For the salon itself a deep cleaning would be beneficial. Also, maybe another seat or two for parents.

Awesome birthday party for my 7 year old. She had a fabulous time with her friends. Party coordinator Lizzie was perfect. She was the right amount of sweet and gentle and full of excitement! I particularly loved how they changed the lyrics to a song to make it kid friendly and that they kept the limo ride secret and did a big reveal which the girls LOVED! Thank you, my child went to bed exhausted with a huge smile on her face!

Glitter, dancing, dress up clothes... they have it all and my daughters are in love with this place. We always come here for their haircuts, and my 5yo had her fashionista birthday party here. We absolutely love coming here.

My daughter and her bestie had a great time getting mani pedis. The girls were so nice, one of them talked to them the whole time and made them feel really comfortable and made it fun! I wish you would do maybe tween themed days, my daughter and her friend are 10 and everyone else there seemed tiny to them but they didn’t want to go to a regular salon they still wanted Sweetie and Sassy because it’s so girlie and all extra glitter and accessories.
