What a great experience at the MedSpa in Phoenix! I had bought a gift card at an auction for a nonprofit organization we support in Mesa, Jacob's Mission, so this was my first time to the spa! I love supporting nonprofit organizations and getting the PERK of being introduced to new amazing local businesses to support! The location is great - right off the freeway, with easy parking and a beautiful view outside. The rooms are clean and cozy and the services are endless! The technician was knowledgable, kind, and caring and the facial was relaxing and so helpful! I have sensitive skin and was nervous but none of the products bothered me and I had nothing but glowing skin after - no redness or sensitivity! I will definitely be back - I love supporting small businesses that pour back into our communities!

I go to Sweet Skin for the BEST facials with derma-planing. The office is charming, in a beautiful historic building. They are really lovely people who handle you with care. I have never gotten more compliments on my skin in my life!

Sweet Skin was simply amazing. Professional and very knowledgeable and able to give me excellent advise. I live in Florida but trave to Arizona 5 or 6 times a year always to follow up on my treatments. I use the full line if their products. I've had to get a few emergency refills and Jennifer and her team make it seamless. I've brought to friends with me on my visits and they are customers now too.

I have been coming to Sweet Skin for over three years and am so happy I found this hidden gem. The warm charm radiates as you walk in and there is such a sense of family. I usually get dermaplane and Microneedling facials and they are both great since I struggle with ski picking and acne scars. My scars have improved significantly since getting these treatments. Thanks for another wonderful facial today 💜

Taylor did an amazing job on my lash lift! It was an hour long so I was able to get it done during my lunch break! She was also very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process so I knew what was going on the entire time my eyes were closed. Definitely looking forward to going there for more of my skin needs.

I was looking for near by skin care place and Sweet Skin has been amazing! I first bought the package of the Lash Lift and Tint and decided on buying a package for facials as well. My facial with Cecilia had me hooked! It was the best facial I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable about the Glo products and was able to recommend certain products based on my skin type. The packages make the services affordable and I would highly recommend this place.

The only place in town I trust with my face! I’ve had my lashes done with Jennifer as well as a lift and tint, she does such a great job and I get so many compliments for how natural they look. I’ve also done a variety of facials and love my results every time. Jennifer explains and recommends treatments that are customized just for me and explains how to keep a routine at home too.

The staff was very nice and all but the person that did my brow lamination and tint did not do a good job. I was sent home with my eyebrows full of tint. This was my first time doing brow lamination so I thought this was normal. I went to another place to fix my eyebrows because I didn’t even get a shape with the brow lamination at sweet Skin. At the other salon they told me that Sweet Skin wasn’t supposed to send me home with my eyebrows full of tint but in a messy way!! It looked like I had 2 bushes for eyebrows!!!!!! I still waited the 24 hours to wash off the perm lotion and tint, I thought it would look better but that’s when I realized that my eyebrows were a disaster! In some parts my brow hair was shorter than others! I had never used brow pencil and now I have to so I can cover the uneven spots! 😞

i am so happy i found this place!!! such a wonderful, professional, and clean experience. they have done extremely well making clients feel comfortable and taking appropriate measures with COVID-19 as well. I have had 2 lash lifts and tints. one with cecilia and one with jennifer. both turned out STUNNING!! i am so in love with this business and the services they provide! quite literally life changing! i have gorgeous lashes now!! everyone is SO kind as well. So, I walked into this place, thinking I had an appointment there. Thank God I didn’t. They were so rude!!!! Horrible customer service. It used to be a different business... this definitely isn’t the same one as I thought!!!!! Cold feel, and definitely the front office needs customer service training!!!
