Love the threading so much better than waxing . Owner is very friendly and eyebrows come out perfect every time . Highly recommend .

Never again. I came here tonight to have my eyebrows threaded. When the woman was done, she used eyebrow scissors to trim the top. She ended up chopping off the top of one of my eyebrows. I noticed as soon as I looked in the mirror and immediately said something. She denied doing anything. She tried to say my eyebrows were already like that and it was a bald spot. Then she offered to chop the other eyebrow so they would match. I pulled up a selfie I took yesterday and showed her the time stamp and then zoomed in and explained that is not what my eyebrow looked like. She refused to admit she chopped it off not that it matters as the damage is done. I can understand maybe doing them too thin or making them a little uneven but to cut off the top half of someone’s eyebrow is ridiculous. I will never trust this place again.

I use to go to the mall but ever since this place opened she is the only one to touch my eyebrows. Does amazing thank you so much

I REQUESTED A STYLE WITH A PICTURE IN HAND...I asked the stylist BEFORE SHE STARTED, could she complete this style. It's a simple style with arched eyebrows as Sunny Hostin, on The View. She said , "ok ... yes.. I can do it." I then stated IF YOU CANNOT DO IT, OR YOU DONT FEEL CONFIDENT YOU CAN, JUST SAY SO...I WILL COME BACK WHEN THE OTHER WOMAN ( OLDER WOMAN WITH MORE EXPERIENCE) IS HERE TOMORROW.... she replied " no, I CAM DO IT" Sooooo CLEARLY SHE DIDNT, 🙄 bc it's a 1 star rating.... UNEVEN, HAIR PULLED FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE RIGHT EYE BROW ...YES... AN ENTIRE INCH MISSING OUT MIDDLE EYEBROW, COULDNT COMPLETE A SIMPLE STYLE.... BUT THIS IS WHAT YOU DO... ALLLLLLL DAY EVERYDAY... RUNNNN LADIES. RUN TO THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION...

I tried to get my eye brows done a few times, threading they kept cutting me and then waxing i had reactions both times. It must be the kind of wax they use i never have had that reaction at other stores.

I went to the patchogue store for eyebrows and tint … after the tint you can’t see the shape of your eyebrows as the tint is on your skin … once it was washed off one eyebrow was thick and one had a chunk taken out of it . Called the store and sent pictures but was told by the owner there is nothing she can do … can’t have money back her words it doesn’t work that way .., so much for customer service… NEVER GO BACK AGAIN

Just moved out here from Queens and have been searching for a place to do eyebrows. No need to travel back to Jackson heights! I found a place that does a great job! Highly recommend!

I have been going to this salon for months now. I really like the lady that works there Tuesday's and Wednesday's. She's very kind and takes her time. The only problem I have with the establishment is that it never has paper towels or tissues. I went there again today.... No hand soap in the bathroom. No paper towels to dry your hands. They did have toilet paper and that was being held on by a pen. I will continue to have my eyebrows threaded ( Only on TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY) I HOPE the OWNERS put some attention on the appearance of the establishment. Maybe a mint or two as well.

Recently moved and needed a new eyebrow place so I went with my mother. The lady who did my eyebrows entirely cut off the tail of my right brow. When I looked into the mirror I knew they weren’t even but because she took off too much there was nothing I could say to fix it. She also couldn’t get my mother’s eyebrows even and on top of all that it was expensive too. Never coming back, total waste of money.

These reviews have got to be a lie. My eyebrows got threaded and she chopped off at least half of my eyebrow. Now I have to draw them in. Has no idea what she’s doing and they both were 2 different sizes. Terrible

Very nice job on my brows since they have been suffering all through covid 19. Initially I was recommended by a friend to come here. Got off work July 4th @ 3:30pm. Called ahead & they agreed to wait for my arrival past their closing time. Great customer service & great technique !!
