Today was my first time getting my hair done in Phoenix. The staff is very sweet and welcoming. Super cute and clean salon. I got a gloss and cut with Kalynn and she did an amazing job! I’m so happy with my results and, will definitely be back

This is my forever salon. Stephanie S. Is amazing, efficient, and knowledgeable. My hair always looks great after seeing her. I don't hesitate to schedule. Stephanie V did my hair for my wedding in October and I was not disappointed. I always over spend here, and do NOT feel guilty about it.

I recently moved to Phoenix, and Stephanie was the first stylist I tried - and wow did I luck out! Normally it takes awhile to find the right stylist, but I am so glad that I found Stephanie - my color always turns out perfectly, and she’s so nice!

I’ve been seeing Aria for about 4 years now and every time I come back home from the salon, my husband always remarks how happy I look. I can go on an on about how she always remembers all the little details of my life and how she listens to what I’m asking for, and how impressed I am by her knowledge of hair texture and type…and on and on.. but the bottom line is she makes me feel beautiful. I always feel absolutely radiant when she’s finished. I wish I could come and see her every week just to have one of her magical bouncy blowouts that I can never recreate no matter how hard I try. If you have ever been disappointed in a salon, I know if you start seeing Aria, you’ll never be disappointed again.

Aria takes such good care of me ❣️. She’s a wonderful person and a very talented colorist and hairstylist. I’d strongly recommend her, but then it will be harder to get my own appointment:)

I love leaving reviews for Swoon and especially the owner Brittany! I am fortunate and grateful she continues to cut color and style my hair for the past 15 years! We did my cut and color last night for the Holidays and as “always” the results were gorgeous 🤩 (Im a picky blonde 😉). While sitting in her chair I couldn’t help compliment another stylist and tell her client how beautiful her hair looked! Swoon Salon is above and beyond with talented stylists and gorgeous results! I’ve seen Aria at Swoon Salon & Boutique three times now and each time I leave feeling so happy and refreshed and having learned something new. I really love that she takes the time to teach me how to manage my hair in various ways. Aria continues assessing my hair with each visit to ensure we are on the right path forward for my hair goals. She super personable and easy to converse with and is simply amazing in her specialty. My hair looks incredible each time I leave her chair and maintains nicely for months after, even with me as the person managing it(I’m super low maintenance and low experience in hair care). Once again, I highly recommend.

Kalynn was beyond wonderful! She was so kind and compassionate as she and an awesome co-worker brushed out my severely tangled hair. She was also very professional and knowledgeable about what hairstyle would look the best and the color ( for my next visit) and she told me about some good hair care products for me which are sold in store. The front desk staff were also terrific and very accommodating as I was late due to being lost! I will definitely be back and Will give a great review to all I know!!

Had a pixie cut with Stephanie V yesterday, and am super happy with the service I received and the amazing haircut she gave me. She is not only super kind and attentive, but she also gave me a super cute short hair cut. Love it! I have now seen multiple stylists at Swoon Salon + Boutique for various hair needs over the last few years, and I have been pleased with every experience. If you are thinking about visiting for your hair needs, I would totally recommend it!!

Really happy to have found Kaeley on short notice! I was nervous to cut about 12 inches of hair off, but instantly relaxed with the massage at the shampoo bowl and my haircut turned out amazing. She got exactly what I had asked for and made me feel brand new by the end. It was an overall great experience and vibe. I will be recommending this salon to my friends.

I had a great experience and will definitely be going back! Had a routine hair cut for long hair. Check in was easy to complete. There was hardly any wait even though I arrived a little early for my appt. As I requested, they did make a note for a silent appointment and it went wonderful. Stefanie did a fantastic job with my cut and I'm happy with how my hair came out.

Kaeley was amazing! She was incredibly sweet and gave the most relaxing head massage while washing my hair. She really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted for my haircut, and it turned out even better than I expected! I highly recommend her. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Steph is always amazing when I come in, even when I can be a pain with trying to figure out exactly what I want! She is patient and cares that I get exactly what I want. I leave feeling so confident every single time!! She has also helped me get my hair from dry and broken to strong and healthy!!

I’ve been going to this cute hair salon for a few years now and I’m always super happy with the results! The staff are always kind and helpful and the atmosphere is always chill and relaxing. I always see Aria and she always does an amazing job with my hair! I’ve chopped off my hair, trimmed it and chopped it off again and Aria has always done an amazing job of styling my hair. I would definitely check them out if you’re looking for amazing staff to take care of you!
