Amazing! The best part is the amenities. All brand new equipment with a sauna, cold plunge, and shower in each room. The owner and staff are fantastic, helpful, and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Did my first session at sweathouz and it was amazing! I have done infrared saunas before but not in combination with a cold plunge. I wasn't sure the best way to go between the sauna and cold plunge but the owner, Kaleigh was so sweet and helpful. I immediately felt comfortable while in the building which led the a great session. Kaleigh also stated that she started sauna-cold plunge combo for a similar injury I was coming for and gave me so much hope with deciding to try this! I was a bit worried about starting a membership because of the distance I had to travel but she informed me there's another location coming soon, every question and concern I had was answered with no issues! The building was super clean and the vibes were amazing.

By far the cleanest facility! The modalities are extremely therapeutic for any musculotendon injuries. Vasoconstriction then vasodilation increases blood flow to tissue therefore expediating healing. And of course the mental benefits are instantly noticeable after a session. Staff is super awesome as well

I have been using Sweathouz Belterra for over a month. The facilities are always clean, the sauna rooms are always prepared for guests, and the staff is always polite, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend Sweathouz Belterra to anyone in need of a sauna.

I absolutely adore Sweathouz and have always had such a wonderful experience here. The infrared sauna is such a great way to destress and relax and the cold plunge is so good for resetting me mentally especially after a good workout or a rough week. The VitaminC shower is my favorite though - the benefits are amazing but I always smell SO good afterwards!! I signed up early and don’t regret my membership for a minute :)

I absolutely love this place! It’s always clean! Everybody working there is always so friendly and kind as well as accommodating! The owner takes the time to introduce herself to everyone that comes in and when I leave there, I feel totally refreshed!

I had only heard about cold plunging (and heat therapy). A good friend showed me SweatHouz in Belterra. I did one session and realized this was quite the experience. Fast forward to today I have an unlimited membership and on a good week can do this 5x a week. Resets the mind (ya I meditate in the Sauna) followed by an invigoration cold plunge. Resets my mind and my work day... I'm addicted. Can't say enough good things about this therapy and also this business. It's clean, staff is wonderful. Thank you!!

I love my experience here. I have a membership that i try to utilize as often as I can. I feel invigorated and energized. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Suites are kept clean and organized. I like the recent new clocks addition .Kaleigh does a great job in orchestrating this ensuring a very welcoming and positive experience.

Incredibly friendly staff, brand new equipment and conveniently located to my house in Belterra. When I’m done with my sessions, my stress levels are non existent… the turnkey operation is great for professionals and parents that are on the go and need a little respite. Perfect set up. There is no time limit in the sauna, cold tub, or shower. If you book for an hour, then the room is yours for an hour. The sauna temperature goes up to 175 which is a major improvement over most infrared saunas. The cold tubs do not warm up with your body temperature either as they are automatically cooled to the proper temperature. It is as advertised and I appreciate the benefits of the membership package.

i cannot rave enough about this place!!! the sauna/cold plunge/vitamin c benefits are all given to be amazing of COURSE but this place & staff really takes it a step further - the aesthetic & cleanliness of this place is AMAZING, they even have dyson blow driers & deodorant etc to use after your session & you can screen mirror in every suite to listen to your own music or watch netflix etc!! OH & they have essential oil infused cloths which just takes it an extra step!! the owner has outdone herself - Kaleigh you & your staff ROCK, you are all so welcoming & accommodating it’s worth my 45 min drive every time, i’ll never go anywhere else!!

FREAKING AMAZING! DO IT! I just wanted to try it to try it, but then I broke my tibia and fibula (shin) and cracked and sprained my ankle 2 months ago! I have also developed a nasty candida infection throughout my digestive tract because of the antibiotics I had to take after surgery for my leg! The screw in my ankle isn't the most comfortable and I had been limping around...until yesterday. I went to sit in the red light sauna to rid my body of candida. Of course I need multiple sessions but when I tell you I woke up much earlier than usual and stayed up with soooo much energy! My goodness this is amazing. My whole mood is different. I'd been low and foggy, and now I'm neutral and a lot more cognizant. The cold plunge took my breath away, but I can tell with more sessions I'll be able to regulate faster. I did 3 minutes 2x between the sauna and I left walking! Not limping at all! I didn't even realize until my brother said something when I saw him later that day. I know this gives people energy right after, but for me I got soooo relaxed and sleepy. Terrible headache as well, (brain fog culprit being eliminated), but just drank water and I feel like a new person today. If you are on the fence! Don't be! Take the plunge!

The best thing that I have ever joined!!! SweatHouz has helped my physical and mental, I have many medical conditions, having Lupus is awful because it comes with many physical pain, aches, soreness, mental and I can go on and on and on…The Sauna and Cold Plunge have made a huge difference and I highly recommend it. The Staff at SweatHouz are wonderful, kind and always welcome you with a smile as you come in and as you leave. Amazing Staff !!!
