Love love this place! I feel relaxed and rejuvenated after every single session. Absolutely adore the staff - Paige, Chloe, Gio, Aurora….everyone is super helpful and I appreciate the warmth and greeting each time I’m there. Facility is super clean and the contrast therapy is so beneficial for my body’s recovery - the bonus is that you get to do it in the privacy of your own suite! I would highly recommend to everyone!

As a wellness girlie/momma, I’m simply blown away at the experience this place offers. So thoughtfully designed sauna➡️vitamin C shower➡️cold plunge set up to 10x your health and wellness goals. The customer service was stellar. Chloe set up our first session and delivered all the info for an amazing session. Giovanni gave us a full tour and was super knowledgeable about the benefits and protocols. Great options for packages and memberships too. Highly recommend 💯

Amazing customer service! Super clean facility! I was greeted by Chloe who was really friendly and gave me a lot of information on the benefits associated! I didn't enjoy the cold plunge as much as I thought I would! However I'm glad I was able to try something new if I loved the plunge more I would've joined!

I have really enjoyed the cold plunge at SWTHZ. I feel super exhilarated for hours afterwards. Miche and Giovanni are such great hosts with such great personalties. Their positivity will uplift you every time above and beyond making it a better sauna experience .

This establishment offers you your own personal sauna and cold plunge. It's a really great and unique experience if you haven't tried it. The sauna is an infrared style, so there isn't any steam, but it feels great and it allows you to adjust the temperature to your liking on a digital panel. The cold plunge is set at 50°F (which is much colder than it sounds if you've never done a cold plunge before) and feels great as part of the contrast from the sauna. Each suite has a little TV that plays relaxing music so you're not just sitting there in silence. The facility is very clean and the staff has been helpful and friendly throughout all of my visits. I'm very happy to have this establishment in the area

This experience was exactly what I needed this day!! The seclusion, the music, the heat, the vitamin C shower, the cold plunge!! Everything was a yes, and I will say yes again whenever my body needs this private little heaven

I've been going here for about a month now and I truly enjoy it. I've added it as a part of my health and wellness journey. It helps with inflammation and soreness from working out all week. The staff is amazing and friendly. I look forward to it weekly.

Love this place! Chloe at the front desk is great, but so is everyone else. Just wish the hours of operation were more flexible. Open earlier for sure and maybe close later.
