Great setup with private rooms to have your infrared sauna, vitamin c shower, and cold plunge. Most of the staff provides water and a few extra minutes for dressing/undressing which is a great bonus. The prices are also reasonable for this kind of service.

I absolutely love being a member at Sweathouse! The combination of a sauna, cold plunge, and private suite makes it a unique and peaceful experience. Unlike the saunas at my gym, I can fully relax, meditate, and listen to music without interruptions. The facility is always spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also appreciate how easy it is to schedule appointments in advance, ensuring my room is always ready when I arrive—no waiting or dealing with crowded spaces. Overall, it's been an amazing experience, and I'm so glad I joined a month ago. Highly recommended!

Trevor and the rest of the team here are incredible! Bailey is also a fan favorite! From the moment you walk in from the moment you walk out this is a top-notch spa like experience. The facilities themselves are super clean and updated. I also love bringing guests, knowing that they are going to be treated so well. Since becoming a member, I have noticed a decrease in my anxiety and an increase in my sleep time at night, as well as overall a boost in recovery. I love this place and am fully addicted to it!

Went to SweatHouz for the first time and loved it! The staff was so friendly and gave me a thorough walkthrough of the studio. I loved having my own private sauna and cold plunge to relax and play my own music or tv. Ended with a vitamin c shower which had my hair and skin feeling very soft after. I would recommend and can’t wait to go back!

I came across this business on instagram and I am so glad I did. The aesthetics were top tier. I normally frequent traditional saunas at the ymca so having a private room with enough space to lie down was much appreciated and loved. The suite and entire space was so clean and smelled amazing. I have never done contrast therapy before but now I’m hooked. The cold plunge was soooo cold but so refreshing and exhilarating and gratifying. The vitamin c shower was such a nice ending to my contrast therapy. Cannot wait for my next session.

I loved the facility and the private suites! Amazing customer service from Bailey, she was so pleasant when I visited. I'm definitely incorporating this into my monthly self care routine. After my appointment I slept all night, usually I'm up and down all night. Such a great way to reset your body and mind . Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

My experience at SweatHouz was terrific. The facilities are clean, and the staff is fantastic. It was my first time doing contrast therapy. The whole experience had me feeling 10 times lighter and stress-free. Additionally, I was happy there was a beauty bar to blow dry my hair and not leave with a wet mop. I will go back again.

This place is amazing! They allow you to go with friends, partners, etc, which is so fun. The experience was top notch. The rooms are so nice, you can listen to your own music, tv shows etc, and just zen out. I can’t wait to be back!

This was my first time experiencing a contrast therapy session. I was recovering from a sinus infection and read that this may help. The entire experience was great. The staff was friendly and informative. They provided me with a bottle of water that I could refill free of charge, a cold compress infused with essential oils (optional) and showed me to my private room. It had the sauna, cold plunge tub, and vitamin c shower along with a TV for music and entertainment for my 1 hour session. Everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. It was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I felt so much better after leaving and immediately signed up for a package. Looking forward to going back!

Wow! I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried the intro session offer, and it was absolutely worth it !!! I feel rejuvenated and brand new. This cleared my sinus pressure completely. I can breathe again after struggling with allergies today. Would definitely recommend trying. Also, they have tv’s to help focus—I finally watched the Netflix documentary I had been wanting to catch up on. My go to place every month or bi weekly. It’s relaxing and you get your own suite. You can choose an hour or 30 min sessions. I recommend this place whether it’s for your self care needs or after a workout.

Signed up for a founders membership a month before they opened and don’t regret it one bit. Everything is top notch and relaxing. It’s clean and the people are very nice.
