Absolutely love it here! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and take their time explaining treatments. I always feel super comfortable here and the results speak for themselves. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Great people and services! Scheduling an appointment was easy and the front ladies are very friendly and warm. The facility is clean, peaceful, and welcoming! Most importantly, Ann never disappoints!

I go here for B12 injections and other energy boosting injections. The staff and team can usually get me on any day with a few hours notice. This works great with my hectic schedule. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable to my particular needs. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Sylvana Medical & Aesthetics Center for 2+ years now. Dr. O'Connell, MD is AWESOME. I love this place. HIGHLY reccomend.

I've been under Dr O'Connell care for two years for hormone optimization keeping my Test and others at best possible levels, as a Doctor myself it's been the best thing I have ever done, I am 57 as healthy and strong as I ever been. Very very nice Medical Spa. I followed Anne Stone all the way from her old practice to Frederick. She’s worth it. I trust this practice implicitly.

I love the Sylvana experience. A wonderful ambience combined with a down to earth and knowledgeable staff. My laser treatments for melasma and broken vessels around my nose have been very successful and I’m really pleased. My Botox is also top notch and worth every penny. They make approaching 40 a point of pride, not dread.

I used to go to a rejuvenation spa in Rockville until I found this place closer to home. I’ve used several of their services and have to say, they’ve been wonderful. I look and feel better than I have in years. Everyone is always courteous and professional. Their prices aren’t cheap but definitely better than prices for the same services closer to DC. I also like that Dr. O’Connell is honest about what she thinks would benefit you. I never got the impression that they were trying to oversell. Highly recommended!

What an awful place! Not only did they burn my face in 7 places, they never checked up on me, nor would they refund my money! Place has gone downhill! Beware!

Adore Lindsey & Angel with their positive attitude, professionalism, and light comedy. They make going to Sylvana fun. Love seeing Julie, as always. It's like visiting with friends.

Overpriced and overhyped. Dissapointed in service doctors analysis. Look around there are better options. Don't be afraid to look outside Frederick.

I highly value the expertise of Dr. O'Connell and of Angel. They are truly gifted. In addition, the personal interaction makes an appointment there more like a visit with friends than merely a clinical experience.

The staff is always friendly and professional. Their product presentations are great at educating the consumer. I live over an hour away, but it is always worth the drive. I have had multiple procedures and I am now under the guidance of Dr. O'Connell using Bio-Identical hormones with great success.
