I know my hair needed to be evened out but not as short as it was cut. I asked for a medium length shag. My hair is now in a man's bob above my shoulders and I'm a female . Sylvia is nice but this cut is so short I now have to buy a wig.

Janet was so nice, she help me with my daughter's hair cut. She did an amazing job. We will be back. We didn't feel unappreciated.

Never get your hair cut here. Just asked for a wash and trim, shoulder length with layers since my hair is curly. What I got was very visible portions of my hair cut half the length of the rest! And she had the audacity to not put any product in what I would call a sin against hair cutting and charge me $35 so it was just a frizzy uneven mess afterwards, can’t imagine how it would feel if you had to go to work after. Also the Walmart down the road did a way better job with my hair cut last time and was more attentive than this place. And it’s disgusting that the workers at Silvia’s salon don’t wash hands between clients so you better hope the person before you didn’t have lice 🤢

The worst hair cut in vegas... this is their attempt at a Mohawk. Carved a line into my sons hair completely lopsided didn't even attempt to cut his baby hairs in the front. I want my 22$ back

Been waiting outside for half and hour , sign says open and business hours start at 9 , no warning or anything just saying that they won't be opening. Every time I come I'm skipped in line and service takes incredibly long. 0/5 stars they're literally just the only haircut place in the neighborhood.

Very informative and caring about your hair's well being. They advise of whether you should or should not color your hair, and they have products to take care of your hair. They do not wash your hair...nor do they remove any extra hair from your body after cuttin(at least not for me)😩

I'm a guy, went in for a haircut. There was very poor attention to detail. I can still see very obvious "fade" lines. The sides were noticeably disproportionate and still had strains of long hair under my ear. This cut was noticeably bad and the woman who cut my hair must have known, and still had the audacity to charge me and let me walk out like this. I'm not one to argue or demand anything. Losing me as a client and a bad review is enough. As professionals, in any field, there must be pride in what we do and doing it right.
