Disappointed. Website/Google says the Scripps Ranch store is open on Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PM, so I put off purchasing the product I needed for today until today. Arrived at 2:30 and it was closed. A big disappointment as I needed a product today. Shouldn’t have put it off, but then again was relying on your published hours of operation. If you could, please fix Google and the website to reflect your correct hours. It would be much appreciated.

Such a great experience at this beautiful Med Soa. One of the owners(didn’t catch her name) did my consultation with me. She was thorough & addressed my skin care concerns. I have a bit of rosacea (which I suspected but unsure about) She gave me a sample of this serum that cleared my skin up in 2 days! My skin looks amazing 🤩 (I ordered the whole kit)🙊 For my dysport appointment I saw Keirsten (sp?) and she was so knowledgeable, sweet & friendly. Kristen, at the front desk was wonderful in helping me with products that she had used for the same skin issue I had. I can’t recommend this place enough. Booking was easy, paperwork was sent to me ahead of time and the staff was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience Synerchi ❤️

This place is so messed up they can’t get my appointment set up. Made appointment on line but got a text that wasn’t available. Asked for an April appointment but was given March availability. Wanted to go to their Scripps location but was repeatedly given Clairemont. Finally got a date, then received a text the night before whether I can change time. I texted back “no”, but they still changed me to a new time. On the day of the appointment, they texted me to reschedule…. Go to another spa.

I highly recommend Synerchi Med Spa. As a patient for 3+ years, I’ve consistently had stellar results with both toxins and laser. I can attest that Brenna, Amanda and Lindsey offer a holistic approach to esthetics and advise accordingly. The front desk team, led by Rosella, is kind and efficient. A bonus to the above is that the prices are very reasonable. Double bonus is that it’s a female owned business. Don’t miss out, make sn appointment.

My nurse was Kirstin. She is absolutely amazing!! She really took her time in answering all my questions and concerns. She was very personable professional and gentle. I have had the same treatments at other places and by far her techniques made a huge difference. For the first time I didn’t need the little vibration buzz thing for my face to distract me from pain. I was really happy with my results and so far my swelling is really minimal on my lips. I feel like because she took her time and was gentle, my lips are much happier than they have been with past experiences. I will definitely be coming back !! The office was clean and has a happy energy.

Wonderful chatting with all the beautiful girls at the location I picked. It was very professional of them to have an RN checking in before all the procedures. My treatments were beautifully done and I'm very happy. Looking forward to my next visit.

Won a micro needling with radio frequency session! The nurse was so lovely and talked me through it (I was a baby) the results are outstanding - so many comments on how beautiful my skin looks. Best medical spa in SD hands down

Heidi has literally become my new medical spa bestie! She knows how to make me and all my friends look incredible with her skills and placing of filler and Botox. I literally wont go anywhere else because she creates a plan over time with the financials in mind and makes it happen to ensure the best long term results. She has done PRP, filler to my face and lips. LOVE MY RESULTS SO MUCH!!!!!!

I have been going to Synerchi for about four years now and I absolutely love it. I see Nurse Heidi and cannot say enough positive things about her. She has given me cheek and undereye fillers in addition to Botox. She has a very gentle hand and she is incredibly careful in what she is doing. I have always loved my results.

I have been going to the original Synerchi in Clairemont for years. So happy they have a second med spa closer to me now in Scripps Ranch. The new location is beautiful and spotless. Every person who works at either location is experienced, beyond knowledgeable, professional, fun and kind. They take time to really get to know you and listen. I’m thrilled with every service I’ve had here, and always feel like it brings out the best in me, without being overdone. The best!

I love my experience at the new location, at the Scripps Ranch Synerchi. Supper nice facility, so easy to fined it and I didin't have to wait to be seen. I was able to schedule my appointment at the day end time convenient for me. Exelent service, Heidi and Amanda are the best. Highly recommending.

I was early to me appt. and the staff made sure to get me in as soon as they could instead of having me wait till my appt time. My appt went very well and everything was discussed and agreed to before any treatment was started. It has been a week since my appt and I am very happy with the results so far. The location is very nice, comfortable and clean. I recommend this office for your spa treatments.
