Lauryn was awesome!! I am so impressed with my flat twists. I planned to wear them for a few days and then take them out; now I plan to wear them for a full week if possible! The designs are so intricate and neat; Lauryn was very knowledgeable and polite. I will come back to see her again next time I’m in town!

No joke the best press/flat iron I have had since being natural which has been since 2012!! And my trim was a trim, not a hair cut! Hahaha!! Thank you so much Karen!!

So let me start off by saying I have not been to a salon to get my hair serviced since being fully natural in 2017. I have been the primary on my hair care regime for over 35 years so I was skeptical to let someone in my head. That said, I scheduled a new client service with Karen because I needed a professional trim really bad and decided to get my hair straightened in the process which I also never had done and was skeptical about damage to my coil pattern. Which brings me to my last point I loved everything about my visit. Karen really listened to me and asked how I normally wear my coily hair which I said blown out but no pressing. So she quickly assessed what I needed. She used no excessive heat but did lightly blow dry, used one pass to straighten and then added some curls for body with an airflow styler. My hair was flowy and looked AMAZING and you couldn’t tell me nothing. I highly recommend and I WILL return when my hair needs serviced again. Thanks Synergi! Malerie

The third time truly was the charm! Jayla a wonderful lady not only provided impeccable service but also understood exactly what we wanted. She was kind, attentive, and truly a pleasure to work with. Our first two experiences, unfortunately, were less than ideal. The first interaction was marred by an unpleasant attitude, and the second was a complete fiasco. That individual dictated what she was going to do without giving us a chance to express our needs—a truly frustrating experience. I’m so glad we didn’t give up. Persistence paid off, and we were finally met with someone who went above and beyond to deliver excellent service. It’s such a relief to know there are still people out there who take pride in understanding and serving their customers.

I got my big chop in 2022 and thought Karen would be upset because my hair broke off so much from added braids during my growth transition (being impatient). She was exactly what I needed today; honest, reassuring and got a plan in place for my recovery. Great job Karen!!! See you in a couple weeks!!
