Dawn Marie is fantastic! She knows what your skin needs and gives recommendations. I’ve had both BBL and Moxi treatments with her and I always walk away very happy. I trust her! She’s going to set up a plan for me the next time I see her, she knows I’m low maintenance so she doesn’t push all kinds of stuff at me. I highly recommend Dawn Marie.

Laura was absolutely Amazing! My daughter took me there for lip filler and I ended up getting threads in my chin and a little botox! Laura suggested exactly what I thought would be good for me and was previously told didn't exist! I don't even live here but will defintly always come back for any thing I decide to do! Dawn Marie has been my angel! I went to Synergy with no previous laser treatments and very little skin knowledge. I have been coming for over a year and my face is much healthier and looks younger. Dawn Marie was with me every step of the way on my new healthier skin journey. After the laser treatments, she suggested products and answered all my emails, calls, and concerns/questions. I have never had botox before and Nurse Laura at Synergy Inside the Beltline was absolutely incredible! It is very nerve wracking to let someone poke a needle and inject your face but she addressed all my concerns and was so knowledgeable about every area I wanted to treat. She calmed my nerves without sugarcoating anything. She is so professional and smart but also feels like a good friend you’ve known forever when you sit in her chair! Highly recommend!!

My friend and I celebrated her 60th bday. We had the most FABULOUS facials ever. We both left glowing and felt amazing all day. Nuvia is an incredible aesthetician. We loved the lip plumping treatment and we bought the products before leaving. I am planning trips to Raleigh from NY to make specific trips for facials. I highly recommend this spa and the staff was wonderful. Thank you for making my friend's bday so special.

I used to go here for full body massages but the quality is quite poor. The facility is decent but their massage services doesn’t seem to be a priority for them.

my wife started with Dr. Hughes to hopefully treat her legs that were blemished from multiple shots her neurologist had prescribed. without telling me she was talked into the removal of body fat. she came out of the surgery with drainage tubes that shocked me....I told his staff that night they ruined our marriage. that surgery did not work....the tubes fell out and kept putting them back in..over and over..as we continued to pay....along the was she was talk into removing more stomach fat until suturing her shut became a hugh problem....dr. Hughes kept up his overconfidence position that he could fix everything..he only made things worse. all along the way my wife refused intimacy...could not stand to have anyone see what she looked like. dr. hughes should have called in another doctor for a different approach...however, he was too arrogant. my wife eventually visited the Cleveland clinic and got some relief....they were shocked and disappointed when they saw her the first time...bottom line....his overconfidence and inability to professionally fix what he had messed up has ruined our lives. period!

I highly recommend Dawn Marie, Medical Aesthetician for all your skin needs. She is the most qualified and educated aesthetican that has touched my face. Laura Cady is the BEST nurse injector 🩷 she is always incredibly informative about what will work best based on your wants but even more importantly, to guide you on what is the best and safest option. She has done filler for me, Botox, and PRP injections and skinvive and has helped me with my skincare questions for at-home maintenance. Love her and highly recommend!!
