Cheryl was absolutely wonderful, both during the procedure itself, but also the amazing attention she provided with her aftercare; checking on me, responding very promptly if I had any questions; she was just amazing!! I highly recommend. And I am soooooo pleased with the results!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, 5 STARS across the board! I have been going to see nurse injector Catherine W. for the past 7yrs, when I started doing Botox and occasional fillers. She has always been awesome! She is very honest and we discuss at each visit what is best for what I’m trying to achieve…which is aging gracefully. She never tries to “sell” me on anything, just gives me her honest EXPERT opinion. I don’t have unlimited funds as I work in the veterinary field (sadly it does not pay what people think), she is great at working with me and helping me get the most bang for my buck, which I greatly appreciate! From day one I have also really enjoyed our chats during my visits, keeping up with each others lives, she is not only my injector but I consider her a friend, tho in a professional setting. I would recommend her to anyone/everyone looking to freshen up or enhance their look/skin. I never look “done” or frozen, just softer, which is what I’m looking for. She is also very thorough on letting me know possible side effects, like when I had my smoker likes filled in…she told me the next morning I would be very swollen, which I was but she prepared me for that and the swelling went down throughout the day and I was able to go out that night and looked great! As most women my age (47), we are all getting touch ups, and I get many compliments from friends as well as strangers when they find out my age, saying “WOW, you don’t look 47”, Catherine gets all the credit for that!!! As for Synergy, the staff has always been excellent, I never have a problem getting an appointment, sometimes even very last minute. I greatly appreciate the email reminders when they are doing fab week or bankable promo’s, because that is when I purchase, it’s extremely helpful when working on a tight budget! Also, the reminders for Botox day, you can buy a gift card and they match it thru Allē. Nurse Catherine and Synergy have made my 40’s easier by making me feel great about how I look:):):)!!!

I can’t begin to say how grateful I am to Dr. Hughes and his staff. From the reception staff to Lindsey, to Rachel, to the surgical staff, to Dr. Hughes himself. The level of concern, compassion, and consistency is exactly what I needed in my experience. I had quite a few hurdles to jump in this process, but they were reasonably supportive and engaged with me routinely in order to help me see through the end of this particular journey.

From the moment you walk into any of the synergy facilities all the staff is incredibly nice and make you feel welcomed. I have seen Ms.Vickie since April 2024. I went to two different medical esthetician who told me my melasma couldn’t be treated on my face. Ms. Vickie was very honest with me and gave me several options. I literally have tried everything from expensive creams to chemical peels that never worked. In less than a year I have seen extreme progress. I’m so thankful I found Ms.Vickie because she has literally helped me feel more confident with the treatments and her knowledge I received from her. I will always be a returning customer and so happy with my results. I would highly recommend synergy and Ms.Vickie to my family and friends.

I love to visit Synergy for facials! My esthetician is meticulous. I was so relaxed last time, that it was almost as though I had had a rejuvenating nap too. I was refreshed and my skin is as smooth as glass. I'm treating myself every 9 weeks ish.

This was our first visit to Synergy and all three of us really enjoyed our massages. They offer an upscale experience at an affordable price. The lounge is beautifully decorated and calming, and they offer Mint green tea, and granola snacks while you wait. Speaking for myself, the one-hour massage with Elizabeth was among the best I have experienced. The hot stones were heaven, and I left feeling totally refreshed and relaxed. I plan to book again soon!

don’t hesitate coming to synergy with Dr Hughes! I want to start off by saying I have had chin Lipo 3 times prior to seeing Dr Hughes. I had a botched surgery that I had little expectations for when I booked my procedure; not only did he exceed those expectations beyond what my mind could imagine, he’s also such a caring and attentive person, from day of my surgery he made sure I was comfortable, and relaxed. What really set him apart from the other doctors I saw in the past is he continues to follow up with me both in person and over the phone, not to mention the ladies on his team are just as wonderful. Thank you for literally making me feel beautiful and confident with my face again!

I had microneedling and a chemical peel done today at Synergy on Healthpark Way in Raleigh today. Kayleigh was amazing. Thoroughly going over everything before hand and giving great skin care advice through out my appt. The process was very relaxing and my skin looks amazing. I can't wait to go back.

I have been going to Synergy for the last few years now. I grew up in Florida and lived there for over 40 years. I am super fair skined and have blonde hair. Needless to say I ruined my skin with all the fun water activities that Miami has to offer. I have established a nice relationship with my aesthetician Cheryl in the north Raleigh office. Cheryl is extremely professional and knowledgeable at her Kraft! She knows just what I need to bring my skin back to a healthy glow. I receive BBL & Moxi treatment‘a & facial’s. Cheryl always explains what and why I need these treatments done and the benefits of preforming them! I’m super happy with the progress she has made with skin. I always look forward to seeing her.

I feel comfortable, confident and secure all the time. Thanks for your help. UPDATE: I did my surgery here and love the result. Great service.
