Best manual lymph drainage of my life! 3 days in a row so it's no fluke, either! You know when you're in the presence of someone who just has their craft totally dialed? They aren't lost in thought. It's not the 10,000th massage they've done and they're board stiff. Alena is incredibly precise, comprehensive, attentive, and she even fixed my shoulder just by watching me "raise my hand". Like, saw the dynamics of the muscle group, jumped in, and in less than 15 total minutes I have my shoulder back. And what she did didn't hurt, either! Incredible! I can't imagine how amazing her massage is. This woman is worth traveling for! If you are reading this, and you're within 60 minutes of her, 1000% worth seeing her. I am astounded at how good she is! She should definitely win Best in San Antonio, if not some greater distance. True hidden gem!

Great experience with Synergy and my therapist was very knowledgeable and pin pointed every tension spot that needed to be managed due to my injuries and I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone. I will definitely come back again.

Recently had a massage with Simeona. Was experiencing neck pain and headaches due to knot on back of head lower neck area. She used the cupping technique and the knots were gone. She also used hot stones afterwards which felt amazing. I highly recommend her if you are experiencing pain and discomfort.

Simmy is one of the best massages I have ever received! I had been coughing for months and after the cough cleared, my sternum was in a lot of pain. She used alternating hot and cold stones and gliding cupping on it and it felt amazing! I was a little sore the next day but after that, the pain in my sternum has disappeared. I went in a second time for pain in my heel and she used the same hot and cold stones again along the sides of my legs and all over my feet. She also did gliding cupping along the sides of my legs and on the bottoms of my feet. My feet feel lighter and amazing and my heel doesn't hurt when I walk now! Shes truly gifted. Don't let her kindness and modesty fool you; she knows what she's doing!

Alena truly cares about her patients! I will be a patient as long as Alena is a provider. I have chronic pain and stiffness especially in my neck and shoulders as well as chronic headaches. Alena has been working on loosening up the tension and I am already feeling wonderful results after only a handful of sessions. Synergy Massage is AMAZING! I have been to numerous massage therapists including Medical Massage Therapists in my many years of back pain. I was in extreme pain the first time I went to see Synergy Massage. I was at a 10 out of 10. After the session I was a 20 out of 10 and in extreme pain! Alena heard me crying and came in to check on me. She asked if she could try to make me better. She kept me for another hour to settle down my extreme nerve pain. By the time she was done i was at a 1 out if 10. Alena cares about her patients and it shows. I will never go to another Massage therapist. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

The only regret I have is not going to Alena right away. I tried different therapists and at the end of the day I felt that they didn’t know what they were doing. Had I gone to Synergy since the get go, I would have prevented more aftercare that I have to do now. There are some careers in life that you need two things: you need the knowledge and expertise in the field, and you need the natural gift to become the best. Alena has both. Her healing hands in ONE session did what others after multiple months didn’t accomplish. It felt just right. Recovery is a journey and you have to be able to trust your therapist, and I fully trust Alena.
