I booked with Synergy Massage (Fort Myers, FL) around 8:30AM this morning through Class Pass for a 90 minutes massage at 11:30AM. I went to the location 10 minutes early & I saw someone lock the door as I parked. So I waited until scheduled time @ 11:30AM and went to check door and knocked and nothing. I called the business twice and left a voicemail and no response. I waited in the parking lot for half an hour with no activity or call back, as I work in the beauty industry I understand some appointments can run late, so I was being patient. However, this was unprofessional and this business completely ignored my booking, contact attempts, and me. I am not happy about this and I did reach out to Class Pass for a refund. Communication is key to operate a business and I was completely ignored as I saw someone lock the door as I parked. Very unprofessional.

My daughter and I had massages today at Synergy. It was the best! Very relaxing. She gave me an awesome massage. Will definitely go back.

Had an appointment for 330 today, called to confirm earlier and no response…. Drove 30 minutes each way on a Saturday for no one to be there and zero response. Also credits on ClassPass were not returned. Very sad as they came highly recommended

Ashley was amazing! She took her time and really focused on the area that were worse than others. As a mom, getting out of the house alone and for any "me" time is rare. Absolutely loved my time there and we had a lot in common! Definitely the perfect self care day! 10/10 highly recommend

Had my 1st Swiss Massage gifted to me for my birthday. I was very happy with my experience. Wonderdul atmosphere, relaxing, soothing and healing place. Arney made my sciatica pain go away. Went back a week later and had candling done and was just as pleased! I can hear well again! Thank you Ashley!

I love it here! Ashley and Arny always deliver a wonderful therapeutic massage. My husband I both have benefitted from their care. I appreciate the additional offerings they host such as Akashic records ceremony and sound healing meditations. It lifts me up in mind body and spirit just being in their space.

The Massage Therapist, Arny, was incredibly personable. He made me feel comfortable and truly envelops the meaning of relaxation. This was a great massage experience. I've been battling with stress from work, anxiety, moderate depression... etc. But this experience was like an escape from all the burdens of life. Arny is definitely knowledgeable of muscles in the body and alleviated a lot of tension. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment asap!

Arny was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly which muscles were tense without me having to explain and concentrated on them. He made me feel very comfortable and had an excellent bedside manner. He was not extremely talkative which can be very distracting. I have recommended him to several people already. The best deep tissue massage I've ever had, will definitely be returning!

Ashley is a fabulous massage therapist. Always asks the areas to concentrate…. I went in with several weeks of low back pain, and it’s now been gone for weeks. She also helps with chronic neck stiffness following surgery. I will be scheduling routine massages.

Ashley is simply amazing at what she does. I originally used a Groupon to try the business but quickly decided she was perfect after a rear-end collision left my neck and back in horrible pain a few years ago. I’ve had several massages since my initial visit. Her deep tissue massages proved to be the perfect pressure to help relieve the soreness and pain that build up regularly. The soft lighting; comfortable, warm bed; candles; and fresh scents wafting lightly around the room create a relaxing, restful experience. Ashley makes you feel completely at ease while giving you the best massage of your life. Her treatments are a nice way to take care of yourself or to give as a gift.

Found Synergy Massage on Groupon and scheduled an appointment for a Body Scrub with Ashley. It was amazing, not only does she exfoliate, she does a massage at the same time. I've been returning regularly for the past 5 months and always look forward to my next appointment.

I bought a Groupon years ago and wish I hadn't. I told my female masseuse that I had muscle tension on the right side of my body and that I had neck pain. She started on the left side and the massage intensity was adequate, so I assumed the right would be as well. But it was barely given any attention. Pertaining to my neck pain, the bones in my vertebrae were massaged more than the muscles. Very odd and caused pain for almost a whole week after. The masseuse also did not ask me before popping my wrists - I did not even know that was possible! I have had wrist issues and have to pop my wrists ever since. NEVER pop/crack a clients joints without asking them!! Absolutely terrible. It was the most, and only, stressful massage I've ever had. To top it all of, I decided to tip, even though I know it's not necessary, and she looked disappointed with the amount I gave her I guess and she barely acknowledged me when I bid farewell. Needless to say, I never returned or bought another Groupon to this establishment. The Groupon should've been my first warning. No more Groupons for services where your body is at risk. I wish I never found this place.

I have seen Ashley for massage therapy and Reiki treatments and she is just excellent. She is calming and can really pick up on your vibes and help attend to any stressors. I would definitely return and definitely recommend.

My daughter and I each had a massage today. I had Ashley who was fantastic. Best massage I ever had. She is very nice and has a great personality. My daughter had Arny. He also was fantastic. She loved her massage too. Also very nice and great to talk to. We highly recommend Ashley and Arny at Synergy. We both walked out very relaxed. Best massages in town! And they are both dependable!!
