I am so grateful to have found this neighborhood gem of a salon! Not only do I appreciate how convenient this salon is to me, but i also love that they allow walk-in clients! I called ahead of time to make sure they still were doing this, and Amy (my stylist) was able to book me in with her right away! I appreciate how personable and outgoing she was during my service, especially since she took the time to ask me specific questions about my hair type and length. I have very thick and wavy hair naturally, so it’s crucial to have someone who knows how to treat my hair efficiently. This time around, my ends were trimmed a couple inches, and she put in some long layers (although looking back I could have had them thinned out a little more). I was pleasantly surprised to have saved some money with this salon; since I paid less than $40 (before tip); compared to the salon I previously went to where I had to drive further out and paid more for my services. All in all, I am so happy I gave SYS a shot! Amy did a great job with my hair and I could not recommend her enough. I definitely plan on using her and SYS again in the near future! 🥰💕

Ashley did a great job cutting my way overgrown hair! My regular stylist was laid up with an injury, so I decided to try SYS Hair and was very pleased with the results! Highly recommend this place and Ashley as a stylist!

Disappointed after reading all the lovely reviews. After walking in and sitting down I was never greeted. There was a hair dresser way in the back corner that looked up at me but didn't say a word. Another came to the front and again I was not acknowledged he then offered another customer a water bottle but did not extend the same offer. After looking around and look at the hairdressers hair there was only one there that I would have considered touching my hair because obviously if they can't keep up their own hair I'm sure it's a waste of my time and money to send it there which was a shame because most of the reviews were positive.

Doesn't specialize in curly hair no salon should be open for business if they cannot work with all hair types in my honest opinion kind of shallow business if you ask me .BTW I did not get my hair done here whatsoever considering they lack the skill of working w/curly hair .Perfect beauty salon primarily for the Caucasian or fair skinned alike 😆

Highly recommend. I've been coming here for about a year now. I called to schedule an appointment and Ritchie asked very pointed questions about my hair needs, he explained the structure of the stylists (from junior to master stylist) and was very upfront about pricing before matching me with the right stylist. Deanna, the owner, has been fantastic. She recommended color that looks natural. She blends the color so well that I can go 8 weeks in between coloring and I don't have the dreaded line of grow out. Listen folks, I have paid outrageous prices and sat in a chair for almost 4 hours in some of the more upscale salons in Scottsdale. Never again. Deanna gets it done quickly and her prices are so affordable. Make a move now, you won't regret it.

I am extremely happy with SYS. The staff is very friendly. I have short curly hair, which can be difficult to cut. Deanna does an amazing job. My sister also goes to SYS now ((also to Deana), and says she is very pleased with the results. We are so happy!

I have gone to Sincerely Yours for decades and I've never had a bad experience. I started coming here back when Patricia owned it and it will always have a special place in my heart because of her. It's a friendly, welcoming place with very competent, friendly hairstylists. I just got my hair cut by Jennifer and I'm so, so happy with it.

This was the first salon I tried after moving to Phoenix and I was hesitant at first, but everyone there is so welcoming and kind that I'm always leaving with a smile. I have had 2 amazing stylists work on my hair and I look forward to seeing them every time I go in. I had long hair when I first moved here and Brooke always did an amazing job, and when I told her I was thinking about going short, she knew just the right person for the job. Jennifer has been doing my pixie since august now and she made the experience and change so wonderful and I cant thank her enough! 10/10 reccomend SYS and the amazing stylists there.
