I went in to get my SNS nails removed. The woman didn't soak my nails nor file them down before trying to remove them. She proceeded to use an acrylic nail to pry mine off. I told her multiple times that it was painful and that my nails are very thin. She didn't listen and ended up ripping my nail.. After that she finally decided it was a good idea to soak my ripped nail in acetone, which of course, stung like hell. I will never go back.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst experience ever! The shop is Ghetto , I’ve been getting lashes for over 10 years decided to try LoAnn bcuz it was $20 cheaper. It took her an hour to do them ! Should take 15 minutes. She told me they would last 10 days (clusters) and they started falling off two days later! I texted her and asked if she would fix them and her only reply was NO completely unprofessional. I will never go there again and have told several people not to either . What a waste of money . DON’T GO THERE

My girl went there a few weeks ago for a pedi and gel manicure. When she came back, her nails looked a hot mess. Yet they charge so much! I was baffled, man. My mom went to Happy Nails down the way and they are a looooot better smh. She said they were nice tho

One person working and was told they arent sure when help will arrive. The salon smells bad and after reading other reviews I'll just avoid further disappointment.

This was my only option and I really needed to get a full set. I walked in at 6pm and asked if they had time for a full set w/ gel polish. Very stand offish and nonchalant, I chose my color and the woman asked me to wait 10 minutes. She went to the back and I sat there and waited for 30 minutes. If you didn’t have the time you simply could’ve said that. 0 stars if I could.

I wish i coukd give them a 0. Seriously poor customer service. No one acknowlwdge or greeted me. Then I had to ask how long the wait was to be provided the service. They then told me 15 minutes. I waited 30. They could have said hey we are waiting for this or that do just let me sit there and not say anything.

Was visiting my fiances family for Thanksgiving and we both decided to get pedicures while in FL. We went to T N Nails as thats where his grandmother goes. Family owned and Lane and her mom did an amazing job. Price was also great compared to most nail salons.

My nails were done great. Tv show was good and the other people there loved it too. Helped me pick a color, didn't take long. Could have helped with drying time but did spray a sprayer on nails to smell good so they didn't smell like nail polish. Nails are still on even after some hard hits and "trama". Love the nails and definitely going again for fil-ins and other times for any thing.

Went there for a manicure. The worst manicure EVER!!! She ripped my cuticles, I was bleeding from 3 places. Didn’t apologized, acted offended when I mentioned it to her. Unprofessional!!!
