The worst nail salon in history. Didn't even know it could be this bad. It was DIRTY FIRST OFF. SECONDLY, for my manicure she didn't cut my nails even though I asked, cut off my cuticles or even massage w Lotion. She LITERALLY JUST FILED THEM AND PAINTED THEM. I WAS PISSED. AND IT WAS LIKE $30. IM not one to cause a scene or argue but do not go here. They steal your money. Oh and it was a HORRIBLE PAINT JOB. SLOPPY AND CHIPPED OFF IN 2 DAYS. NEVER HAVE I DEALT W THAT.

Horrible service. Called to make an appointment, was told to come in. Arrived 15 min later and told to come back in an hour! Rude. Poor nail selection. Not very appealing or good vibe.

I went to this shop and it was very traumatic. Her husband and her was very disrespectful towards me.She cut my toe and did not care .She did a horrible job on my pedicure. Her husband was very disrespectful towards me.

If I could give it no stars I would the staff was rude racist and lied multiple times just to get money, she cut me multiple times on my fingers, and she did a very sloppy job on my nails. I I now have cuts and acrylic overlay on my cuticles, My nails are chunky and all different shapes, and I have blank spots on my nails NEVER COME HERE it’s not worth the money or hassle.

I wanted a simple french tip with a silver line and she made it half and half it was done so poorly also didn’t do the silver line and wanted me to pay $50 money wasn’t the problem but I expected a little better of a job and nicer staff will not be coming here again.

She cut my skin and did really roughly pedicure I never have such a bad experience I even mentioned her you cut my skin she even did get bother to see she was keep hurting me never going back I even regret why I pay for such a tougher

ATTACHED DAMAGED NAILS FROM NAIL TECH ARE POSTED IN PICTURES just walked in (no customers were present) to get my nails and feet done (first time customer). The owner was initially pleasant, but the lady that started on my nails began removing my old nails with a used fingernail and clippers by ROUGHLY ripping them off. At this point, I had sweat dripping down my face and neck and kept asking her to soak my fingers in acetone because I was in so much pain. She grabbed my finger back and continued about 3-4 more times. Finally, I was on the verge of tears and asked the owner if she can have the worker soak them because it was extremely painful to rip nails off - ESPECIALLY VERY THIN NAILS. The owner ignored my request, so I finally grabbed my stuff and said, "I can't do this. You aren't listening. I'm telling you I'm in pain and now my finger's bleeding, but you keep going". All 3 workers (owner, the man doing my toes, and the lady doing my nails) looked at me and started saying something about "people no like", and I walked out. This has got to be the worst business ever and I DO NOT recommend. My pinkie fingernail is now hanging halfway off and soaked in blood. Thanks.

Asked for a facial wax and after doing someones toenails she did not want to wash her hands. After i insisted she applied alcohol. I told the lady she was missing a spot after waxing, so i asked her to retouch it. She denied there was still hair even though i was looking straight at it. After i told her I wasn’t satisfied with the service she rudely started talking in another language and shoved me on my shoulder telling me to leave. She was incredibly rude and i will not be coming back to this place.

Do not waste your money!!! I went for a hair color. Was told my hair needed to be bleached. During the process of bleaching my hair the person doing my hair kept walking away to help other customers. After having bleach left in my hair for over an hour it was finally washed off. I was left with a mess of bright yellow, fire orange and brown spots where the bleach hadn't been applied correctly. I ended up having to spend another $60 at Sally's Beauty Supply just to dye my own hair back to a brown color. I was even told by the staff at Sally's that my hair color job was so bad I should go back to the shop to correct it because it was obviously not done correctly. In the end I decided I will never let these people touch my hair again. Sorry but these positive reviews cannot be real. There is no way.

Walked in and asked for Mary who has been cutting my hair there for years, and was told that she no longer works there. I asked if one of them can cut my hair then. A woman and man simultaneous replied, the woman said yes, the man said no. The woman asked me what I wanted to have done and I explained to her that I just wanted the ends trimmed. Then the man started talking to her in their native language. I asked if there was a problem and he said that they cannot cut my hair. I questioned why since she had already said that she could. He said that refused to cut my hair because my hair is curly (due to me being black). When I asked him if they couldn't cut my hair because I was black, he said no, and that it was because my hair is curly. Then he said that he couldn't cut my hair because I am a woman! And that they only cut men hair. But you can see pictures of women hairstyles on the wall.

Waste of time and money. Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure and spent 3 hours there. They do a bad job because they are rushing to get people in and out. Have the guy that cuts hair help with the pedicures. They were ready to paint my nails when there was still pieces of old polish on them. Don't even bother to shape your nail. Do a TERRIBLE job with gel manicure. Its messy. Messed up my nails then they "fixed them" and ended up worse then they were before. Messy edges, bubbles in the nails. Cant even do a decent job fixing them, I'm going else where to have them redone tomorrow since it's too late now. Won't be going back.

Has a bad smell, like old wet towels. Bad service, bad job on just a fill and honestly bad customer service. Attempted to explain an issue and was just shut down. Never returning and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

T-nail and hair was open Sunday so I came for a simple fill. There was only one person doing nails so I waited 5 mins for her to finish her current client then it was my turn. She didn't charge me extra to take off the gel polish I had one and that was the only plus from this visit. When she started to apply the acrylic to my nails I already knew this was going to be bad. She only applied the acrylic to the new growth of my nail instead of applying a coat to the entire nail to prevent bumps. When she "finished" drilling and buffing my nails there was still acrylic built up around and overlaying my cuticles. After washing my hands and paying her, she began to apply the first coat. She did my pinky then ring finger and I noticed all of the lumps. I asked her to rebuff my nails so they weren't so lumpy and go over the built up acrylic again. While she was doing my nails 2 men came in at different times for haircuts. She let them know their wait time and continued. After washing my hands again she went to paint them and they were still super lumpy and there is still build up around a few of my nail's. It looks like my nails and skin are connected because she painted the build up. Since this was a fill, I felt I could go to someone besides my regular person. I will never visit this place again.
