I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE MY LAST VISIT, I HAVE HAD MY NAILS DONE A FEW TIMES BEFORE HERE AND IT WAS MEDIOCORE. MY LAST VISIT WAS ON SATURDAY 9/30, I'M AFRICAN AMERICAN, I WAS THE 1ST CUSTOMER TO ARRIVE. THE PLACE WAS NOT OPEN AT 9AM AS ADVERTISED, 2 NAIL TECHS WERE WAITING WHEN I ARRIVED (THEY WIERDLY SAID HELLO) AT 8:50 AM. ANOTHER SPANISH CUSTOMER ARRIVED AROUND 9:15 AM ( I SAY SPANISH BECAUSE SHE WAS GREETED BY THE TECHS WARMLY IN SPANISH, YU NCOULD TELL THAT THEY KNEW EACH OTHER) WE WERE ALL STANDING OUTISDE. THE OWNERS ARRIVED AROUND 9:40AM, EVEN THOUGH I ARRIVED FIRST THE SPANISH CUSTOMER WAS SERVED FIRST EVEN AFTER I PT MY NAME ONTHE LIST FIRST...SHE DID NOT HAVE TO), I WAS SET UP TO GET MY PEDICURE DONE FIRST, THE LADY WHO DID MY PEDICURE WAS RUSHIG BECAUSE SHE HAD A CLIENT THAT WALKED IN AND SHE STARTED MOVING FAST TO GET ME OUT OF HE WAY. SHE EVEN GAVE ME THE WRONG POLISH!! AFTER THAT I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET MY NAILS DONE , I SAT AT STATION 6 LOOKING STUPID AND NO ONE SAID IM SORRY OR ANYTHING, I HAD TO ASK WHO AM I WAITING FOR??? I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND A WORD THE OWNER SAID, BUT I KNEW SHE DID NOT APOLOGIZE. I DON'TLIKE THE FACT THAT I DID NOT GET MY NAILS DONE FIRST EITHER. I HAD SOMEWHERE TO BE. I FELT SO NEGLECTED. EVEN THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO CAME AFTER ME LOOKED AT ME LIKE "I'M SORRY" BECAUSE THEY KNEW THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF FIRST AND THAT I WAS BEING DISRESPECTED. ALSO, NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER ALL OF MY NAILS CAME OFF!!!!! I PAID OVER $100 TO BE TREATED LIKE I DID NOT MATTER AND SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR BS!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. # PREJUDICE

I always enjoy getting my nails done at T&T. They work efficiently and leave my hands and feet feeling great. I love the upgrade options as well, like adding the citrus scrub and parafin option to my pedi. The owners are the best.

First thing first, The attention was really bad, their costumer service was horrible and their work was very unprofessional. I went yesterday to take off the gel of my nails and the guy was really unprofessional, he even cut my finger and after all he wanted to charge me $15.

Nails came out really cute ! Main issue is the sanitation of this place. They seem to have an ant infestation for months !! Every visit still has the same ant issue. The guy who did my nails saw an ant crawling on the table near me, crushed & killed it with his thumb and went STRAIGHT back into doing my nails without washing or even wiping off his fingers ! So gross. The first experience i ever had was also a bit annoying because he charged me $45 just for a simple design(a couple of lines) so the total came out to about $85 which i thought was a bit over priced. It doesn’t seem that they clean their tools after individual use as well. The guy doing my nails was pretty rude when the color he chose i wasn’t a huge fan of and BEFORE he cured it i asked to change it, as well as he was on his phone the entire time and kept making many mistakes that weren’t fixed. He was very aggressive while filing my nails and even cut me a few times. Every time i’d move a little bit (because he kept cutting me with the drill) he’d raise his tone or slightly smack the top of my hand to stop me. Overall i love the finished product it’s just the over cleanliness of the shop that i will no longer return to again.

I came to this place to get dip add tip nails. I picked a simple lavender color because my previous design was not something that they could do. There are lumps, streaks, and nicks on my nails. They do work fast but not with good quality. They get you into the seat very fast but they are very rough and mean spirited. It was not worth $50. Maybe they’re better with acrylics and gel manicures but if you want dip don’t come here. (Update the nails haven’t even made it through the week!)

I made an appointment and when I walked in she pretended like I didn’t exist. This isn’t the first time they were rude and unprofessional but I let it slide because they’re close to my house but tbh they’re really rude and unprofessional so good luck if you’re trying to go here often

This is my favorite salon in Miami! From acrylic nails, gel polish to eyelash extensions. I have been coming here for years! Kim is my favorite 😻 she is the owner of the place. But everyone who works here does an amazing job! I recommend this place to everyone in the Kendall area!

This place is very nice. All the staff is very good and do a great job. The only thing I do not like is that they will not take appointments for the person you want for your pedicures. You have to go with the first available. I like a particular person, but if I want her, I have to walk in and wait until available. Sometimes this is a long wait. Other than that the place is great!
