We were vacationing in St. Louis and staying across Grand in Shaw. I wanted to treat my 12-year-old daughter to a nice salon experience. This spot was perfect. Terry took such great care with her long, dense, wavy hair, making sure that both mom and daughter were comfortable with each cut. My daughter also has numerous allergies and we felt very comfortable with the products here. It was a great experience and her hair looked nice all day (even in the humidity at Grant's Farm). Days later she is still raving about her experience and loves the long layers Terry suggested. Our next time through town, we will definitely be back!

The owner is such a great stylist and been in the industry for quite some time, loved the trim they did for me <3 would recommend them 100000% Plus great conversationalist! Edit: June 1st 2023, if you need your hair colored or bleached, Terry the Owner does it the best <3 Update May 9th 2024- Terry did my hair a big change from my usual and I fell in love doing blonde with low lights in the very modern style try it out :)

I just moved to St. Louis and found Terry’s salon close by in my neighborhood. It’s so hard to find a good hairstylist but he is awesome, and did an amazing job. Very professional with a lot of attention to detail when it comes to hair, and he was quick too which is a plus! Will definitely be going back!

I was far past overdue for a cut on my long, curly hair, and I was amazed by how expertly and quickly Terry cut it back into the perfect shape for my face. Terry is an amazing stylist, and a very fun person to hang out with while the magic happens. Also, the salon itself is very comfortable and beautiful. The location is ideal, right next to other shops and in a lovely neighborhood. Super recommended!

Amazing haircut, beautiful salon, lovely person to meet in the neighborhood. Loved the products that are great for people with sensitive skin/ scalp. My boyfriend said my hair looked like it was from a “hair model magazine” - whatever that means.

Found this salon on google and saw all the great reviews. So, I decided to take a chance seeing how I’ve just had no luck with finding a stylist that could cut a graduated bob. So glad I found this salon. Terry is an amazing stylist that listened and took the time to go over the whole process with me. Funny smart and talented in so many ways. As long as I’m in this area he will be my #1 go to. My hair cut came out perfect! And the price was reasonable for such a talented hair stylist. Thank you Terry! See you in a few weeks.

I found this place new in the neighborhood. Great service and Terry is very personable, he will keep you entertained the entire time. The product he used for my color makes my hair feel really soft. They way he mixed the new and old colors are beautiful!

So happy to have "found" Terry & a bonus that the salon is so close to my house. I have received many compliments on my hair color since Terry has been doing it. In the past, I really didn't use product on my hair (but, have used cheap & expensive shampoo). Decided to try Terry's products because I liked the results when he used at my appointments. So, I purchase a new product every appointment. It's definitely been a WIN for me.

Terry has been cutting, coloring, and styling my Mom’s hair for years. Since opening his new location, Tah Terra Ne’ Salon, he’s definitely leveled up. The neighborhood is perfect for the salon and vice versa. The location feels very rich and cool at the same time while Terry provides the same unflinching commitment to his artistry. The owner Terry, has done an excellent job taking care of my hair for many years. He is a truly dedicated professional with a cheerful disposition. He uses natural hair products that do wonders for your hair that make my hair so soft and shiny. I highly recommend this salon.

I lived in Dallas, TX for years and the person who did my hair there also did all the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders hair. I always had long thick course hair so it took someone who really knew how to cut hair to cut it right . I moved up here right before Covid hit and could not find anyone who could cut my hair correctly. I wanted to cry. Between that and the hard water my hair kept getting shorter and shorter. Thank God I found Terry, he's the only one who knows how to cut my hair just like I had it cut in Dallas. Whoo hoo. His products have helped restore my hair and does a great job holding my style. My son especially loves his products because it holds his hair just the way he wants it when he styles it out. I actually have to buy it up here and ship it to him in Texas. Terry gives me great advice on extentions, colors and styles. I would say he definitely knows stuff way more than other hair dressers for sure even more so than my hairdresser in Texas. I will follow him where ever he goes. I look forward to our visits while getting my hair done. Never have been disappointed so I don't think you will be either. I'm ecstatic that I no longer have to drive to Texas to get my hair cut. I can now get my great hair cut from Terry. Thank you so muchTerry. You have no idea how much I appreciate you. You definitely deserve more than 5 stars.
