Careful of this place - they will book you for an appointment with your preferred masseuse, and when you arrive they will try switch you to another less quality masseuse. The whole thing just feels disorganized and poorly managed.

I’ve had a wonderful experience every time I’ve come here for massage. It’s a great deal. Me and my partner go whenever we can. It’s cash only so come prepared. I have had no issues communicating with the people here- these reviews I’m reading are absurd. Don’t be a stingy tipper especially when dealing with luxury and labor intensive services.

The exact same complaint as many on here. They EXPECT a tip and will let you know if your tip is not enough. I am sorry I gave them 5 dollars for the 30 minute massage. Really nasty, mercenary vibe at the end. The lady wrote down "10" LOL. Plus of course $4 for using a card. I wonder if the massage therapist is ONLY getting the tip. If this is slave labor.

This would’ve been a five star if we didn’t leave with a bad taste in our mouth. We came prepared with cash and a 17.5% tip. We also confirmed the price before the massage, $120 for two 60-minute massages. As we were checking out, we were told it was not enough money and the host said they expect an additional $30 which is a 25% tip. We felt pressured by the host and the two masseuses standing there as he said if we didn’t have enough cash, we had to pay by card with a fee. We ended up saying no uncomfortably and unfortunately because of the end, we won’t be coming back. Otherwise, the massages were nice!

The vibe is nice but my back has been hurting so bad since this massage I had to call out of work. She did not pay attention to my body. Way too much pressure on my back . I told her it hurted and she was still way too rough ! My back is literally swollen ! You cannot massage everyone the same .

I have been coming here for years. My boyfriend and I received a couple massage today and had the rudest and most disrespectful experience ever. First off the lady at the front counts the tip and laughs as if she was unhappy with what was given. She then persistently tells us after we paid to add money to the card person. KEEPS SAYING 10 more , 10 more and continues to do so after receiving the cash. She continues to be persistent, and as we leave says “Don’t come back here” . Excuse me? Since when was it okay to speak to customers that way. That being said I’ll spend my money elsewhere . This was the most rude and disrespectful encounter! Unacceptable

Do NOT go to this place, I just got a 60,00 massage, they charged me $80.00 because the lady named “Cindy” said i had to give her 20.00 tip? First of all the massage wasn’t worth the 20% I was going to give her! Do NOT go here! Terrible experience. Everything was fine until I had to pay. It honestly wasn’t anything special

I have had the pleasure of visiting TaiChi Bodywork Center a couple times - the emphasis here is clearly on providing a great value massage, and they do just that! It is very affordably priced. For $60, I enjoyed a full 60-minute massage, which is a fantastic deal compared to many other places. The staff speak mainly Chinese, which I do as well, and I can certainly appreciate that there may be some difficulty in communication for clients with language differences. This did not significantly affect the overall experience for my friends who came and didn't speak Chinese, but it's something to be aware of if you have specific preferences or concerns to address during your session. Mainly, the two questions they'll ask you is how long (60 vs 90 min) and how deep. In conclusion, if you're looking for a no-frills massage that offers great value for your money, TaiChi Bodywork Center is an excellent choice. Despite the minor language barrier, their efficient service and affordable pricing make it a worthwhile experience. I left feeling relaxed and satisfied, and I will be returning for another session soon!

It was alright. I’d give 2.5 if i could. Nothing amazing but ok if you want a quick massage. They need a body map so you can point out where you want them to focus on because she just kept massaging my upper back and neck when I really went for my legs, lower back and upper arms after yesterdays workout lol. I literally had to ask her where to massage and she kinda acted funny when u asked her that. I would try and find somewhere else next time or just use the massage bed at planet fitness 🤣

Love this place because you don't spend an arm and a leg for your physical health and they do a beautiful job of resetting my body every single time. I'm a dancer/acrobat so you can maybe imagine how wrecked my body can get at times and they always pull through. The only thing I would change is the noise you can hear from people coming in and out and if someone's next to you, you can also hear what's going on there. And some smell goods always help relax me and I think they could benefit from using some kind of oils

Since they've moved up the street, they've also moved up a notch in ambiance and dwelling. It's still a no-frills, non spa like deal, but if you like tui na massages, and you know what you're in for, Mae really knows her stuff and gave me one of the best 30 minutes deep tissue massages I've had in a long , long time. My only complaint is that they no longer include your feet and have to add that on separately, sigh. But that sad sigh only lasted a second as Mae lifted countless stressors off my back and shoulders and left me much less tense than when I came thru the door a half hour prior. Tip generously, they deserve it.

This was one of the worst places I have went to. Got 2 full body massage for one hour and they did not massage legs and feet. Gave a generous tip and demanded we give more then on top of that we called before we went and they said to come now and then they said we have to wait one hour. I would really not recommend coming here it was a horrible experience.

Though I went there trying to find my weekly massage home, it will not be. My masseuse was okay but I could clearly hear a man in the next room asking for a happy ending. I told my massage therapist that the conversation was making me uncomfortable so she relayed the message to her peer, but he didnt stop.

I asked for a deep tissue massage. I got that and more! Acupressure points!! Yes!! My back had been I spasm for weeks. My masseuse completely relieved the tension and helped relieve my weeks of severe pain as well as releasing a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!

I came here because the guy said they did lymphatic massages. I went in there for my arms because I got arm Lipo and It look like I got fibroses so I told the lady I needed my arms only. She started rubbing on my whole body then I had to remind her it was only for my arms. So when she got to my arms she started rubbing it like I was a baby. No compression from her or nothing. She did not temp to bend her fingers what so ever to do a real typical massage. Her hands was open flat the whole entire 30 minutes rubbing up and down my arms. I could of got my 8 year old niece to do this for me at home. So I ended it early. I was suppose to have a hour but I ended it in 30 minutes then she try to charge me 60 bucks. I told her no I only did 30 minutes. Then she changed it and said ok give me 40$. Terrible experience. Sorry to say.

I went in for 20 min for $20 as advertised on the window and got a great 20 min massage that worked out a knot in my left shoulder/neck. When I went to pay the masseuse pointed to a 'please tip' sign, which is fine, so I replied '$25'. She then ran my card for $50. Pretty bad gouging of the price. I would have gone back the next day for another 20 min session or more to work out other areas of pain, but won't be after that trick. I could have argued, but a sometimes learning the character of a business/person is worth the money and there are plenty of other places for massage/therapy nearby.

I've been a regular for a couple of years now and these ladies do a wonderful job. I get very, very tight in my back and legs and after a 90 minute session I am upright and feeling great. They loosen and soften you up, and have supports mounted on the ceiling so the massage therapists can safely walk on your back and legs to really open up the deep tissues. I've had nothing but exceptional massages from Anny and Sammi.

Love getting massages here! I got a couple massage with my boyfriend and they accommodated us in the same room. Great pressure and felt so nice afterwards. Would highly recommend. We’ll be back!

Really relaxing during, but I didn't feel comfortable after the massage. They really shouldn't be forcing people to give a $20 tip, because my 20% tip wasn't "good enough." The lady argued she made the massage harder than normal so $20 is standard. I gave her the tip, but I'd think twice about coming back.

The massage was really good but what ruined it was that when I wanted to tip 15 $ the man from the back came running saying he Must pay 20$ , just for the record there's no price for a tip you can pay whatever you want and second, who pays 1/ 3rd of the original price as a tip, like what the he'll ? but the way he yelled at me saying you must pay 20 was rude if he would have been nicer maybe I would not post this bad review , anyways so just a heads up they advertise 60 an hour it's really 80 an hour, and they do not speak word of English,! So you can ignore the owners response to my review he's probably using Google translate and has no idea what heck he's talking about ,

This place is a hidden gem! The rates are incredible, the massage quality is good and consistent, hot stones are included in all massages, and they're usually available on fairly short notice. Very convenient for my needs , I swim almost everyday when i can . So I do develop muscle knots in my shoulders all the time . One particular lady in this location knows how to deal with my issues properly. Unfortunately it's very hard to book her all the time . Overall is not bad and close to my house and the pool I attend.
