I hardly ever write reviews but this deserves one. I scheduled and confirmed my appointment through ClassPass at the Redland location (the location tied to their ClassPass services). I called 30 minutes ahead of time while driving to the Redland location to let them know I’d be early. They claimed they couldn’t see my appointment and that I would need to cancel through ClassPass (resulting in a $30 cancellation fee), pay them in person and drive to the Bulverde location instead. I pull up to the Redland location because. I was already on my way and thought I could show them my confirmation in person. This location is closed for the day. Wildly unprofessional and disappointing.

I love this place, but don’t go if you are looking for a gentle, relaxing massage. All these therapists truly understand the meaning of DEEP TISSUE. Although it’s a slightly painful experience while you’re there, if you can make it through you’ll feel a million times better in the following days! This place also offers great specials, and always has same-day availability. I will definitely continue to come back!

I visited this establishment so that I may ask questions about their services that would fit my health needs. The lady was hard to understand, she was selling me a service that cost $1k after 5 treatments but couldn’t explain the treatment itself. I asked about other services but kept replying with one liner statements as if I was bothering her. They do sell various Chinese remedies/health aids. They lost a potential customer.

I have been here several times, but the last time I was not happy with the charge. I had originally gone for regular massage, I asked for recommendation and was suggested to have a package that was about $200.00 and I accepted. Throughout the massage I had heat compresses, cupping and acupuncture, once completed I was told I owed close to $400.00+ and Tips. I did pay for the service because it was provided. But at no point in time I was told that if I would get the additional service it would be an additional charge nor I was asked for the go ahead. I assumed it was part of the package suggested. What about if I only had money for what was originally offered? This is the only thing I was disappointed with, so be careful to ensure you will be charge one set amount and not get tricked into paying more than you should.

Friendly staff. Listened to my massage request due to my illnesses. Wonderful massage. I'll be back. I’d Recommend to anyone needing a massage. May try acupuncture in the future

Great cupping. Had the DDS massage w cupping for 1 hour. Place was somewhat clean I noticed a pile- like 10 dirty rags in the corner of my room. The man (Puerto Rico Guy) from florida that gave the massage didn't really have any formal training the massage was lacking. Same movement over and over. Didn't work on my hands or feet. Could have been just a little Better. I am grateful but being honest

I always get a good massage here with anyone I see. They also do a good facial and you can always book same day, which is nice for an urgent need.

Had the dds treatment, twice. So healing!! Recommend highly! It was weird to have done and times slightly uncomfortable but very healing overall.

I was quickly checked in, so no wait. Everything thing was VERY clean. The room I had my massage in had all my qualifications. Clean, smelled fresh, temperature of the room was not to hot or cold. Lighting was relaxing. Bedding and towels were all clean. I didn't have to wait long at all to start my massage which was 100 percent amazing.

First Taichi Massage today. Got the acupressure with reflexology and integrated gua sha. It was painful but sooooo worth it. It was painful but good for the soul painful😁 Reflexology was also done right! It was amazing. Thank you Molli!!! Husband will have his own session tomorrow😊. Would highly recommend.
