I found the place off of Groupon. I wouldn’t recommend it. Made a reservation earlier in the week for a couples massage, when we arrived they had us wait 40 minutes to be seen. No one informed us or updated us while we waited. I had to go into the hall undressed and wait for someone to pass by to flag them down. I could understand a few minutes but that was absurd. The massage was decent not the best I’ve had but did the job. Additionally, the Groupon mentioned a foot spa, that seemed to be overlooked. Due to the experience I decided to tip them less than I initially prepared to. The masseuse pulled a calculator out and demanded for more tip ($5). That was it. I walked out. Won’t be returning and I don’t recommend the Groupon. You can walk in and get the same savings.

They demand more tips and its not based on the quality of the service. I left 20%, they asked for more. Im not coming back.

Massage was so-so. We did a couple's massage and the two masseuse kept talking loudly to each other so we can't really fully relax in peace. The masseuse for my boyfriend did the massage very tough and for my masseuse, the masseuse did it just fine at the start but she was lowsy towards the end and barely massaged me, like she wanted to just get over the massage 15 mins before the 1hr time. They were not the cleanest too. My masseuse also put her sweater on top of mine in the hanger inside the room. We appreciate the efforts and we gave a lot of tip, but the management really needs to remind their masseuse to work more professionally next time.

the reception lady has absolutely no idea whats shes talking about. I was calling to clarify about couple massage, the form and the price. She literally says she doesn’t know and asks me to book online and check the price myself. I also asks about if the style of massage they offer and interested in having more traditional Chinese massage. She also couldn’t answer it as she says she doesn’t know and asks me to come and try it out…. What a joke! Wouldn’t trust this service at all if themselves don’t even know whats offered in the first place.

This massage and foot therapy shop is amazing! As a taxi driver, I usually have back pain and leg fatigue due to long hours of driving, but today's experience completely relaxed me. The technician's technique is very professional and the strength is just right, especially the focus on the waist and calf massage, which makes the fatigue disappear instantly. The environment is also very comfortable, with soft lighting and gentle music, which makes people completely relaxed. The service attitude is also very warm and considerate, and hot tea and snacks are provided. In short, this is a very satisfying experience, and I strongly recommend it to friends who work as hard as I do! I will definitely come again next time!

Massage itself was nice and relaxing. Very deep tissue and cathartic. I paid a 20%+ tip, and the masseuses tried to pressure me into tipping double that. I said no way and went straight for the door and left whilst the lady tutted at me lol. Don’t get pressured into tipping, they are the ones breaking the law.

This was, without a doubt, the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how unsanitary the entire place felt. The floors were grimy, the linens didn’t look freshly laundered, and there was a pervasive, unpleasant odor throughout the facility that was far from relaxing. It only got worse once the massage began. The owner, who performed the massage, was shockingly unprofessional. At one point, she spat into a trash can nearby, and the loud, hostile way she spoke to other staff members made the environment feel incredibly tense and uncomfortable. Instead of creating a soothing experience, I felt like I was in the middle of a stressful argument. The massage itself was barely tolerable. Her technique felt rushed and careless, as if she was only going through the motions without any real attention or skill. There was zero consideration for my comfort or relaxation. By the end, I was left feeling more stressed than when I came in. To top it all off, as I went to pay, she seemed more interested in how much tip I left, grinning as she counted it right in front of me—adding a layer of discomfort to an already terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It was beyond unprofessional, dirty, and simply awful from start to finish.
