Terrible experience with lash extensions. First of all she was rude and terrible customer service. The entire time around 5 people were talking Chinese above my head , which made me very uncomfortable. But waiting for the tip . I gave some tips even though I was really unhappy with the place , just to leave and never come back again . I asked for natural lashes , I had to leave with very thick and long lashes which weren’t even close to natural. I regret coming to this place , waste of time and money . They are scammers . Such a shame ! do a better business so people will come back

Amazing!!!! Love this place! Clean, friendly and professional! It was a really good massage, focused exactly where I requested in a lovely setting. I will definitely be going back again and again. Jenny and Wendy are my favorites (I never tried anyone else so can’t say of others, but I’m sure they are as same good)!

Massage was great. Mary was my masseuse and she definitely knew what she was doing. The first part she did through the towel, and she applied deep pressure over my whole body. Second part she focused on my back and arms, rubbing with lotion. She applied 4 hot stones, 2 on my back and 2 on my hands, and let them sit while massaging my legs, which felt great. Fourth part was unexpected but amazing, she gave me a mini face massage. She then focused on my feet. All in all it was great, although I do wish it cud have lasted all day!

PAINFUL! Yesterday was my first time coming here as my regular spot didn't have availability. Let me just say that I'll never go back to this facility. The man who did my "massage" has particularly rough hands, and everything he did was painful, from the back down to the legs. I told him to use less pressure; I don't know if it's the language barrier or what, but he didn't listen to that and just kept going. When I went to bed last night, I was SORE all over. I went there for relief and got the exact opposite, and now I feel worse than when I walked in. Today I'm especially sore and literally my back feels like it's been beaten badly or something. I feel horrible Do not at all recommend this place and I would suggest you go anywhere but here. Even out of state if you must. These people will hurt you and then ask for a tip when it's said and done. I won't be returning.

I’m unsure where these therapists get their training from. I’ve come here in the past with good experiences, but today I left appalled as I came in hoping to relax some back pain. The lady was quite literally scratching and doing random things that I had to explain was painful… Additionally, they expect you to tip over 20% for a subpar experience. Mind you, the Groupon pricing is ~$40 in which I tipped $11 which is over 25% and they looked at me confused. I would not come again.

My first time here with a Groupon and they were very prompt! Very nice and helpful. The place is peaceful quiet and clean! Enjoyed my message to the fullest and they made sure it was exactly an hr! I will definitely be coming back!

Terrible Experience – Complete Waste of Time and Money! I wish I had a zero-star option to rate. I bought a Groupon voucher for a 60-minute aromatherapy, hot stone, and hot towel massage, and it was absolutely awful. There was no aromatherapy or any kind of therapeutic experience at all—it’s just a bunch of fancy words meant to lure in customers. Honestly, I felt completely cheated. The so-called "hot stones" were nothing of the sort, and the towel they used wasn’t even warm! In fact, it was cold and uncomfortable. I communicated my concerns to the front desk, and they were incredibly arrogant and dismissive about the whole situation. They didn’t even attempt to resolve the issue or make things right. This place is a total scam. I will never be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Stay far away if you want an actual relaxing and therapeutic massage experience!

They are very bad. Such a scammer. I went and bought the Groupon for $32 and he told me the tax is $7 for it which doesn’t make sense because the tax rate in NY is %8.875 so that mean it should be $2.84. I used to go there a lot and sent a lot of my family and friends but I called everyone today and told them never go there again. That’s it. They treat people as we are stupid and can’t do math.

I came in with my partner and we both got the head treatment. They only had one machine so I felt a little guilty about the scramble, but they were so kind and accommodating to us on our first time there. Will be coming back for sure!
