Taiwanese Massage was a very good experience. Looking at the prior reviews, it is true the language barrier exists....but it is a massage and they do try to give you a translation, so going with an open mind and knowing it's going to be a great deep pressure massage (I got some hot stones too!). I'm also here to get good service, and tipping is appropriate prior to service from my perspective (I will be very relaxed after), but it was not forced in any manner. I really am not concerned with people talking in their native language...I would love to work at a place talking to my work bestie occasionally. They also give you water when you are done. Will visit again. Thank you for a great couples massage. FYI-Also made that appointment on the same day....so that is super helpful for me, who didn't want to wait forever.

unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The therapist was rude and seemed distracted throughout the session, not focusing on areas I specifically requested. Instead of offering a relaxing experience, the session felt rushed and unprofessional. To make matters worse, she kept asking for a tip, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.the staff even came outside near the car and asked for tip. I expected much better service and professionalism. I won’t be returning."

Did not feel welcomed at all! Staff was rude, and inconsiderate to me and wife. We felt as if showing up for appointment was a insult. Me and wife's masseuse attendees were sick. They were coughing, sneezing and had temperatures. You could feel.the heat of their sickness when they touched you! The whole massage experience was rude! They would talk loud while massaging and then would dissappear for minutes and you could hear them talking to other staff. At the end they demanded a tip, and even though one was not deserved, we gave one anyways. Never got a thank you for tipping, or gratitude. It felt like their attitude was OK time to go, get the hell out of here! Never will come back again!

This is the best place i have found for massage in Omaha. Cici and Li Na are the best. They want to please the customer and give you their undivided attention! I go there about once a week! 10 visits gives you an hour free massage! Wonderful parlor!

Was a great visit , did only wish for alittle more attention on the lower back, but the flip side was worth the work , I don’t know her name of who helped me but she was great and amazing! Definitely recommend for a second visit

Everyone watch out this filthy unprofessional place. I have been there once, and I will never go back.here are reasons:1. During the massage,my therapist conversed in another language with the other, which was distracting !!!they thought I couldn’t understand what they were saying, but mandarin is my second language ! 2.the therapist over there are mostly without proper license and skill,some of them don’t even have Employment Authorization Document！ 3. they would compel you to tip 30% of the bill,even I have terrible experience.4. Their hygiene was so bad that they even sometimes didn't change the sheets when the last guest was over！！ It’s a cautionary tale for all of people who want to waste your money here!!

Went, waited 15 minutes for somebody to show up after they took my money. During 15 minutes of the massage they kept leaving having no clue where they were going. Didn’t even do what I asked had neck pain and they ignored or didn’t understand where I needed relief. They were gone for a total of 8 mins and I left. Don’t waste your time.

The experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was difficult as only one staff member spoke English. During the couples massage, the therapists conversed in another language, which was distracting. My massage therapist primarily leaned on me instead of providing a proper massage, focusing on my neck for only a couple of minutes out of the entire session. Additionally, they only began using oil halfway through when requested. The requirement to prepay was acceptable, but being compelled to pay a $40 gratuity before leaving was unacceptable, the woman literally grabbed my credit card and swiped it even when I said no. Overall, it was a very very bad experience. I will not recommend to visit this place.

I wouldn't consider this a professional massage place. I've been to my fair share of the ethnic massage places around town. Going into LMT its important for me to experience different styles. However, they were very rude, the lady jabbed her elbow into my spinal column multiple times despite me telling her it hurt, the sheets were dirty, i walked into the room with a staff members feet directly where my face was suppose to go. Don't recommend this one! Holiday Massage is really good!

Such a wonderful place to go to. My masseuse Linda is incredible very professional. No matter what I need massaged she tries to make sure it's worked on and I walk out happy. Happy to give her Gratuity for her service and I'll always come back 😉

Honestly, this is one of the best massage parlors I have ever experienced. Very professional and very reasonably priced, I was impressed with the welcoming owner and the excellent hygiene, this is a store worth driving dozens of miles to experience. You won't be disappointed！

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Do not go here! Read till end. Only one person there spoke English so we could not communicate with our massage therapists. We got a couples massage and the two therapists were talking to each other in another language during the massage, which is very annoying when you’re just trying to relax. Massage was disappointing, my “massage therapist” mostly just leaned her body weight on me the whole time. Only massaged my neck for maybe 1-2 minutes of the entire hour long massage. Didn’t massage my shoulders. When “massaging” my back , she just ran her thumbs in the same line over and over again next to my spine. Did not use oil until massage was halfway over when I finally requested it. Had us pay in advance, which is totally fine. But then would not let us leave without paying a gratuity. Stopped us from walking out the door and made us pay a 30% gratuity, which is absolutely ridiculous. Also were disappointed that we were “only” paying that much. Absolutely ridiculous and not professional at all. Very disappointed
