We stayed here as a work trip. The rooms were very clean and nice. The onsite restaurants had great food. The main floor is mostly Casino.

Interestingly, I think wasn’t even drinking (very sober overall) and they accused me of being “stumbling” and wanted us to leave for being intoxicated. I’m glad this happened before we spent any money there to gamble. Disappointed with the security service for the reasonable patrons. Definitely will hesitate to go back.

Visited 2/1/25. Waited in line to get my players card for over a hour. Printer machine wasnt working right. I was given a free bingo voucher for the inconvenience. The girl next to me was given a tshirt and I was kinda jealous. You get $10 free play

We stay at Talking Stick Resort several times a year for different events. I've had good and bad experiences with the hotel rooms. This time, we hit the jackpot with a killer room on floor C1. Our room was what I'd consider a corner suite. The rooms lack amenities, but that's common for casino resorts. The hotel is showing some age but is still a nice place to stay for any casino or Salt River Fields-related activities. The area around the resort is being built as well. The staff was outstanding on this trip! From the valet, bell service, front desk to the bar tenders. The security staff can be challenging. A few I spoke to were like talking to a wall; others were on it. I'll be back next year requesting a room on the C floors!

Nice casino and pools but no attention to actual comfort in the room. It’s as if they only want you in the casino. There’s no black out curtains so the room is super bright all day so sleeping in past sunrise is hard without an eye mask. It’s even bright at night due to all the casino lights. There isn’t an actual comforter to sleep with either, just a really hard thin sheet. Oh and there was also a nonstop beeping noise outside of my room. I called about it multiple times but it was never resolved. I couldn’t sleep. Was really hoping to relax this stay. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re coming to gamble.

Decent place, busy & vibrant. DON'T order "doubles" of any drink, it will come as a single every time. Even when you sit at the bar. 2 crown'n'cokes 44$. A Seabreeze & a crown'n'coke 33$ (+ any tip) There are no free drink/ soft drink stations for the slots floor. You will pay for every bit here, not like Vegas or other locations. I will say they have decent sports book/gambling tables spread throughout the floor. Its clean & restrooms are clean too. Clear air (not lots of smokers) for now. Enjoyed the night either way.

Resort was nice, they kept the rooms very clean, but we had a group of six that stayed six days and they wouldn’t give us an additional 60 minute late check out, when we all spent a lot of money there last week!
