So disappointed 😔 she charged to much for simple nails 100 dls.. she was mad for some reason, bad attitude, so rude, when she put me 2 nails she told me is going to be 100, you wanne or not . what can I do, if already have 2 nails installed

I called to make an appt and the woman on the phone was very friendly and told me whenever I wanted to come in would be fine. I went in for a pedicure and the older gentlemen did my pedicure. He did such a amazing job! I will definitely be going back for any future services!

Hi, my experience at Tammy was the worst experience I’ve ever had. She did my nails and half way through she sat me aside to do other persons nails and again like 3 or 4 times and when se was going to do my nails she told me she didn’t do white nails. So obviously I got really mad and she sat me with another person one more time. Anyways at the end she did my nails white but the paint is falling off.

The color I selected from the samples as not the same as the polish applied. Old samples with the same number but different color? Then I get blamed scolded for not noticing. Please update your inventory with your new samples after each shipment. Then you won’t have this problem.

$95 for a set of nails is too expensive. Nothing on their price menu is listed that expensive so I wasn't expecting to pay so much. She was in a rush to leave so the bill was paid before I could question it. And she didn't even finish the nails, someone else came in to finish.

I paid over TWICE the amount I usually pay for a new acrylic set. They lasted about a week longer but it was in no way worth the price they charge. Ask the total cost up front because there are no prices posted anywhere in store and they charge extra for paying with a card.

Tammy’s customer service was very unprofessional . Yes she does amazing work but my daughter && I weren’t treated kindly . You tell her what you want then she will say “the color isn’t the season” What set me off was how she didn’t apologized about my daughter nails . This was her first time going to the nail salon . She isn’t use to the uv light my daughter cried in silence cause she said it burns mind you she’s 5 . She tells me “well a 2 year old did hers she didn’t cry but I guess all kids are different” the side comments she made were rude . I told them I will not return . Not only that she did my eyebrows she usually does a great job but because I wasn’t happy with her which she knew she was plucking them aggressively .

Horrible pedicure. Had an appointment, they were late. My feet are rougher than when I went in. Gel polish is already chipping and it’s only been two days. I DO NOT recommend.

I went here and tbh it's was horrible. I was white taxed. And they refused to stop filing when I asked. I kept saying I have autism I tried to advocate for myself and no luck. My boss goes there and paid the same for a manicure pedicure and acrylics that I paid for my set of nails. I honestly reported them. It was clear racism or homophobia as she asked me if my friend was my wife and I said no but she kept talking about us as a couple. Also had a lot of concerns I had my appointment booked had to wait over an hour for the younger rude girl to show. I was there for three hours and she answered the phone and scheduled someone in my place right in front of me. The whole experience made me cry and I removed the nails four days later at great pain to myself because looking at them cause me mental distress. Plz don't go to this business. Keeping aweful racists here is not the way it should be and the last thing I wanna mention is this is not autism friendly place as they refuse to stop screaming in Korean to each other I left there really on edge and feeling taken advantage of.

Nail tech very fast, and efficient. The quality is worth the price as its been two weeks and they are on strong without loss of not one which is rare for me considering how hard I am on my hands. Love them!

Tammy is so sweet and her daughter, but I’ve had some bad experiences! First of all, I went to get a pedicure like a year ago (my first pedicure EVER) I went back home all happy because I loved the work her husband did on my feet’s BUT the gel came off my right foot nail and realized I had a fungus! I’ve never had that in my life! A couple months ago I went back and told her husband abt it and he said “it’s because you don’t get pedicures to often, it won’t go away even if you go to the best doctor in the world” ( there was more customers and they were yelling talking about the damn fungus) that was mad embarrassing! Since then I haven’t went to any other salon because it’s embarrassing for them to see my nail! They really need to sanitize their instruments 100% And in 2nd place Tammy’s nails prices are definitely way to high, she won’t do crystals in your nails because “quality” but still charge as if she did. People leave her tips but I could never, with those prices I honestly couldn’t do it, yeah her nails last long but I think it depends how you take care of them.

Worst place ever!! I would rather toss my money in the trash than spend it at this place, horrible horrible service. we were told what we wanted, rather than listening to what we asked for. Staff talks about you as if you are not there, and is rude. Never again horrible place.
