Very moody workers. I got a $35 fill with gel and left a $20 tip last week. It was great conversation with subpar nail painting. I went in for a repair today and the guy tried to painfully rip the acrylic off instead of filing it down or soaking it off. He got annoyed that I wanted him to file it and he told me “well go home and file it and come back.” I politely told him I tipped him very well the last time and I will not be coming back. Crazy how they let their mood swings mess up their profits.

This place has amazing customer service. My daughters absolutely adore it here, and I love taking them because it's always so clean and safe. The staff are really efficient, yet I never feel like they're rushing to get the job done. I highly recommend it!

My nails are chipping within week. And they're lop sided like someone wasn't good at both hands. And I have have thin nails after.

Pedicure lasted all month. Be very careful. I did it for 2 months and moved. When I went to a salon in my new home town I was run out. When she removed the second month polish there is a fungal infection and half the toenail came off. It is very infectious and difficult to eradicate. I was very embarrassed and asked not to come back. Think twice about the benefit of keeping your nails undercover for that long.

I don’t know who it was that did my manicure and pedicure but lovely lady, I was the one with the hat. You came clutch. I left looking hella fresh and clean and I appreciate you very much. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need another one. I just found a spot. haha … I hope you got my $10 tip I left you, handed it to ole boy in the front, not saying anything but ya know, the world is crazy nowadays. Anyways thank you and I’ll be back!!

This is the worst place to do your nails I went to this place for the first time and this people doesn’t know what r they doing it was Sunday and was the only place near by my house so I decided to take the risk becouse I was going to vacation it was my worst decision They charge me extra and not even told me before my nails looks terrible and my pedicure my nails fall down at the second day this place they don’t care about coustomers only want your money I will try to get my money back this is not fair old people work there and the guy said He has a lot experience I believe that but no my nails was very bad both hand and feet 😢😭

Very rude...the man in the front his wife rushed my nails very uncomfortable unprofessional for it to be a place of business.and three nails broke on labor day and went in to tell them I need it fixed he said 10 . Im like I was just in here and I come here a lot the year I've been here this where I come just started to be rude

Bad nail salon with bad WORKERS. I got brown frenchies and they didn’t do them correctly. & I had them re do it to something basic like mood changing. We do the mood changing ones and they don’t even change! I asked for some my money back and they said no. Why would you say they are color changing and not be color changing. I paid 50$ for a BASIC pink set. She says she goes by Lilly. But pretty sure not. She’s has glasses and answers the calls in the salon. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD NAIL WORK.

I asked one of the ladies to clear out my eyebrows but she shaved them and she wasn’t sorry about it she kept on saying that’s want she does for customers. This place has ruin my experience of getting waxed now I’m scared and don’t trust anyone.

ONE OF THE WORST NAIL SETS IVE EVER GOT!! Had to repeat myself many many times . Did not do the color I wanted . The easiest design ever was so uneven and not even close to what I wanted . Never coming back again .

The worst place I have gone to. My sister and I went yesterday and the old guy told us to get out in the most rude possible way... Not only were they open their was like two customers in the nail salon ... I hope the owner see this, and has a serious conversation with Employee or get Proper training in how to handle situations in a kindly matter.That's no way to treat paying customers . Don't recommend to go there...

Worst set of nail I have ever had! I wanted white tips but they were painted on and not a great job. Acrylic was left on the side, etc. The pedi was only half a pedi and not what I paid for. The instruments were not sanitized but the same as used on other customers. I have used this salon previously and was pleased. Trust me I will not be going back!
