I wish I could give it zero stars! I was early/ on time for my appointment but was never seen. I entered the "salon" to an underwhelming greeting and was instructed to have a seat. I waited for 30 minutes, as I started to leave the young lady that instructed me to have a seat told me she was the one doing my hair and she was ready to get started ( she watched me sit there for 30 minutes!), she took me to the shampoo area gave me a little towel and told me the girl would be with me shortly to wash my hair. I watched the shampoo girl hold a conversation and move 3 cases of water before deciding to come shampoo my hair. I was already putting on my coat when she finally said she was ready, I was there for almost an hour an no one touched my hair, it was a complete waste of time which is why I am writing the review, we need to do better when people choose to spend their time and money with us!

My wife went her for a 2 hour massage and hated her experience as soon as she walked in the door. The signage to get to the place was confusing, she went into a room downstairs and was told to go upstairs. Once she got upstairs, she had to wait in a non-appealing waiting room for 15 minutes past the appointment start time. The actual space was not relaxing, the massage table only had one sheet on it and was not comfortable with any warm towels or anything. The masseuse‘s phone went off and during the massage he used a massage gun. He felt very inexperienced, my wife and I have gotten plenty of massages in plenty of places and this was not a good experience. My wife was not relaxed at all, and the masseuse never introduced himself. All in all, it was not spa quality.

Run don’t walk to this spa! It’s a whole vibe! I got a Groupon for a massage & facial! Lynn did my massage and Tia did my facial! Both didn’t disappoint, can’t wait to come back💎

The massage was AMAZING. Very patient and warm staff. Beautiful, clean space and convenient location. The only reason I simply can't give 5 stars is the booking process. There is a phone number to call and book, if you can get a hold of someone. However, the massage therapists are also allowed to book on their own which allows for a myriad of issues. Once they get the scheduling down and have someone at the front desk to actually greet patrons as they arrive, this place will have reached 5 star status. If you have the time and patience to sift through the scheduling and miscommunication then you should absolutely book your next spa experience at T'Amor.

I was gifted a deep tissue massage and deep pore facial and the services were amazing. The young lady at the desk is very friendly. Corvette did my massage and she did a good job paying attention to my problem areas. Avy did my facial and I my face looked amazing! She did a phenomenal job. I will definitely be returning.

I was gifted a 60 minute massage. Unfortunately, my experience was not to my satisfaction. Krisha missed on several points and I will NOT schedule another appointment with her. Krisha didn’t touch my feet, only slightly massaged my neck, didn’t ask if I had certain areas that needed extra attention and most of all my 60 minute massage started at 12:25pm and ended at 1:15pm. I felt under served and cheated. Until Krisha corrects and elevates her level of service, I would not recommend you wasting your time and money. Krisha please receive this review as motivation to improve the service you provide.

Krisha was my massage therapist, she was so amazing! She was thorough and pleasant. I received the deep tissue massage and she did just that, it was great! Her lovely spirit was just what I needed to start my day. The atmosphere of T’Amour was beautiful very pretty and spacious. The complimentary bar is really nice. I had a glass of champagne after my massage which was right on time! I would recommend T’Amour 10/10

This was my first massage, and all I could think while it was happening was…WHY didn’t I do this sooner. I love the ambiance, the staff was so kind, and I’ll definitely be making this a regular occurrence. Try it you won’t regret doing something for you. (Lynn)

They gave me no call about not having my lip filler in stock and I drove a hour to get here. I am expected to give them a call around 24 to 48 hours about canceling my appointment. I probably won't be coming back here again.
