I’m giving this place three stars because the quality of work is usually good, and I’ve never had an issue until now. My stylist, Shelby, seemed to have a bit of an attitude. She answered my questions with one-word responses, which I didn’t think much of at first. However, during checkout, she was focused on her phone and didn’t look up to say goodbye. When I thanked her for her service, she just sneered at me and barely said anything. This was my second visit to this stylist to correct a color that didn’t match the photo I provided. While my hair was processing, she spent time in the back, chatting and laughing loudly, making me feel like the joke was on me. I will not be returning because I feel like my money can be spent better elsewhere and away from the mean girl vibes. If you do go here Bethany is really awesome.

I love my hair!!! Jordan spent 3 hours with my on my appointment to; cut it for Wigs for kids, cut it to fit my face, whiten the underside, dye the underside, and finally style it. She was amazing! The whole time she helped me pick what best fit me while asking me for my input. She never pushed me into anything I didn’t like. She was so nice throughly the whole appointment. The whitening paste doesn’t hurt! I’ve been to other places that my scalp is on fire while it’s in. They use great products that made my hair look and feel fantastic. I’ve gotten nonstop compliments on my hair. The salon itself was amazing too! So clear, warm, welcoming, and the music was on point! I got to meet Tamra who was very friendly and I could tell she loved doing what she did. 11/10 would recommend this salon and Jordan for coloring.

This is an excellent salon with really talented and experienced stylists who listen to what you want & make it happen. Also a great place to work as the owner, stylists, & staff work as a team to maintain the salon and meet the client's needs. The stylists are very accommodating to your work schedule and your hair/skin sensitivities to products. I highly recommend booking an appointment for a hair service or inquiring if they are hiring. Just a great place to be.

I paid a 100 dollar deposit for color. The day before my appointment I went to dermatologist who did a biopsy of which was unplanned. I have since had additional testing. I have cartiledge cancer in this ear with open wounds. I will be unable to get anything chemically done for months. I called gave 24 hours notice. I was told I would get a refund. They now refuse to give me my deposit back. DO not pay a deposit. I did this with every intention of going ahead with color. I cannot control my health. I have cancer of the cartilage of my ear. I dont even k oow what to do. They stole my money. Ridiculous.

The esthetician, Sarah, did my Brazilian a month and a half ago and I am still impressed. She was very diligent and knew exactly what to do with the removal of my hair type. She was wonderful and made my visit so pleasant.. I highly recommend Sarah!!!

I absolutely love and adore this salon and all the girls in it. All (including the receptionist Riley) are extremely talented, knowledgeable, and helpful. You would never leave unsatisfied, Brittany is my hair stylist. Brittany is an amazing stylist along with the all the other girls in the salon. All of them have your best interest and always have you leaving loving your hair and/or any other service you are going in for. Riley is the receptionist at this salon, she can and always will answer any questions you may have with the biggest smile and best attitude I’ve ever seen! I 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience at the salon! Morgan was my stylist and she gave me beautiful babylights. I always want my hair to look natural after my appointments and she did just that! The receptionist, Madie, was so sweet and answered all my questions. Will definitely be visiting again!

The hair stylists have talent and their work is amazing every time. I always would see either Brittany or Sarah. I have gotten hair cuts, balayage, and highlights here through the years. I have been coming to this salon since 2017. I even got my wedding makeup and hair done here in 2018. They were also so accommodating when I had to bring my (at the time) 6 month old son with me to one of my hair appointments. I am never disappointed at the quality of work every time I’d leave this salon. ** FORWARD TO NOW ** I do not appreciate the tone of voice I’m talked to from the front desk over the phone. Whether it was a receptionist or a hair stylist I don’t know, either way there was no professionalism. I had tried to reschedule my appointment 24 hours in advance. I know I am known to reschedule my appointments but I have always respected the stylists time and have never no called no showed to any of my appointments. I always make it appoint to communicate in advance if I need to reschedule or cancel. When I tried to reschedule she had a tone and did not even seem to have the want to reschedule me in. I had told her I recently got a new job and my hours are changing and I lost a sitter for my child. That all my pre-existing appointment times aren’t going to work anymore since I always schedule in advance. She offered for me to “call them back when I know what I want to do”. But how could I know what I want when I’m not informed on what’s available? Then she goes on to tell me how stylists are now taking credit card information down to reserve appointments- as a deposit. I am fully aware of that, and I believe that is a great thing for clients who no call no show or even last minute cancelations to their appointments to ensure the stylists get paid for their time coming to the salon. What I didn’t appreciate is her tone in scolding me on how stylists get paid and how they are solely reliant on commission. I myself work in the beauty industry. I myself am also on a commission based income. I am fully aware on how that works. I was just trying to reschedule my appointment not cancel it. I don’t want to feel as if I’m the reason a hair stylist is not going to get paid over the phone when I simply just wanted to reschedule and continue to pay for my services at the salon. Why the need to guilt trip? In the end I did not get any appointments rescheduled. Not because I didn’t want to but because I wasn’t offered any times to reschedule. I kept being told “the holidays are coming up so we’re very busy”. I wasn’t even offered any appointment after the holidays like January or February or March etc etc. the work here to me was worth waiting for and worth being loyal to the stylist I see. I was not in a rush to get my hair done at any means. I completely understand the holidays are always booked. But what I don’t understand is the tone, and the lack of professionalism and the guilt trip in trying to reschedule my appointment over the phone.

I went to the Tamara Hollowell on Thursday for a FULL keratin blowout treatment. Morgan was my stylist. Morgan was doing someone else’s hair when i got there and she seemed super rushed. I’ve had at least 10 keratin treatments so I knew when I book for the treatment I would be there for a few hours. Once she started I noticed that she wasn’t using a lot of the product on my hair. I also noticed that it wasn’t a strong smell like all of the other treatments I’ve had in the past. She didn’t get to my roots and I asked if she could add some more product. She assured me that it was enough product. She rushed over to the other girl who was before me and finished her. She came back to me, dried my hair (which wasn’t fully dry)and started flat ironing. During that time someone else came in and was waiting for her to be finished with me. After she dried my hair it looked awful! Usually after the treatment is on it will blow dry much better (less frizzy and straighter). Again, when she started flat ironing my hair she wasn’t getting to the roots (which is the most important step to a keratin treatment. After she was done my hair looked terrible! A HOT MESS!! It didn’t even look like it had been straightened! My hair looked better before I went to the salon then when she was done with it! When i got to the counter to pay, the girl says it’s $330, Morgan quoted me on Facebook that it would be $240. I showed her the message and she went over to Morgan and she said it would be $265. I asked why was it $25 more and she couldn’t ever give me a straight answer. I was annoyed and frustrated!! I knew the owner and was going to say something to her before i left the salon but she was with a customer and i didn’t want to be unprofessional so I figured I’d just message her on Facebook once I got home. I messaged the owner Tamara and explained to her the situation, that I had my hair done that day and that I wasn’t happy with it. I explained to the owner that I asked Morgan if she could use more product and she assured me that she didn’t need to use anymore. I also attached pictures to show the owner underneath my hair and that it wasn’t straight. She said to come back to the salon on Friday and she’d do a touch up. When i went back Friday, the owner explained that all she needed to do is to re-flat iron my hair and it would be ok. She did not touch it up. I asked the owner if she could use more keratin and she said no, if too much is used it causes a build up. I could’ve saved time and just re-straightened my hair at home. I am VERY upset and disappointed! My hair does not look any different then when i went into the salon for a treatment. My best friend and boyfriend both made comments how terrible my hair looks. My time and money were both wasted!! I am now going to have to call another salon, find the time out of my day to go to another salon, and pay more money out of my pocket to get my hair fixed right!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

Jasmine has cut and blown my hair out several times and consistently done an excellent job from start to finish! I'm always getting compliments after I've been to see her. She is very talented and knowledgeable about the products she is using as well. I have bought two of the products she used on me to use at home and I love them! The salon itself is always clean and the people are pleasant as well!

My daughter and I have been seeing Jas before she worked at this salon. She is an amazing, amazing stylist and is very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend going to see her if you need any and every service from the neck up. My brows look amazing, my hair has never looked or felt better, and the make up tips I received are fantastic. My daughter who has extremely curly hair was very excited to have a stylist who also has curly and understood all her hair issues. Jas even gave her ideas for different hairstyles she could do for curly hair and I have never seen my daughter smile and feel so confident about her hair now. She was very patient and very considerate of what my daughter goes through on a dailey. I highly highly recommend seeing Jas for all you hair and face needs. ( especially curly hair) .
