Used to come here all the time for Jenny she’s the best. Stopped seeing her and tried other people here. They told me their name was Mimi and wrote on my massage stamp card but later on they said her name was Wiwi. But the next time I came I was given the wrong person and was told that name doesn’t exist there. So I stopped coming for that reason due to inconsistency. Just tried to book an appointment for 3 people. The guy that picked up is probably new and helping translate, but I hear the woman in the background yell 3 people?! In disbelief and them just going back and forth in conversation and just ignoring my question. I vaguely hear her say that it’s really busy and they didn’t give any option to book for a later time either. Not really sure what happened over the years but the service has gone down.

Clean, very attentive staff that listen to your concerns and take the time to massage the areas more prone to chronic pain. I left my necklace there and they were so kind enough to text me after hours to let me know they found it and I can come pick it up. I enjoyed this massage immensely! Great spa, sweet people, highly recommend!

The massage was nice and the atmosphere is great! They lost a star because when I was giving a 15% tip, they refused to take the tip and pressured us to give 20% or more.

Feel bad for the workers, owner clearly not paying them properly as he told me that $10 was not a sufficient tip. The massage was too rough and I honestly was relieved once it was over. Facility was clean, but that was about the only positive remark I have.

Horrible experience! - The owner intimidates you into tipping more than $10. - My massage was extremely rough along with my masseuse farting and belching through my entire massage. - 4 days after my “massage” and my entire body is sore!

I don’t know if it new owner or massage people but my going here this time was disappointing Usually the massage is great they ask if hard or soft this time the women with glasses was very very ruff I made uncomfortable noises and she said very tight but as the day is going on my back is in a lot of pain now I’m very disappointed I always loved and recommend this place but now I’m not sure

The owner guy of this store needs help! I will no longer be going back to this place. Yes I know tips is a practiced cultural norm in USA. My friend had no extra cash at the time so was unable to give a tip. The owner guy is looking at me and pressuring about giving a tip. He needs to do better and get help!

This is my go to place. It’s close to home and conveniently located. I enjoy the atmosphere and staff. Very helpful to me in easing my fatigue during pregnancy.

I had a massage there and it was quite okay ,I’ll give it a 6/10 . What I don’t understand is the fact that I was forced to pay a tip of $10 after I had paid for the service , mind you I had already given a tip when I was paying and I was told the minimum tip I’m “allowed” to give is $10 . It just doesn’t make sense , I have no problem with giving out a $10 tip but I think it should be out of my kindness to give the amount of tip I want. If they feel their service isn’t paying well enough they can always adjust their prices to an appropriate one not force clients to pay $10 tips after service, the manner at which that $10 was taken from me after I had already paid for my service made me feel like “I was trying to run away without paying for the actual service . I don’t even think I’ll go back there again, they should check that “tip” issue , TIPPING IS OPTIONAL !

They give really good massages. The only issue is they are loud when customers walk in.

I got a 90 minute full body massage and it was relaxing and felt great, although I think the masseuse went a little hard because I have left over scratch marks on my shoulder blade area. I also didn’t realize it was tiny fitting room style booths with just a curtain for privacy and so you can hear every one talking and it definitely ruins the peaceful atmosphere— other customers and staff would talk very loud nearby. Edit: added a photo of my back, I would have had no idea it was there but when I took a shower the water was hurting like an open cut Overall 3/5!
